This was my first experience at a BMW dealership. I was told by a friend to visit them, that they were amazing. And without a doubt they held up to that expectation. From the moment I stepped into the door, it was nothing that I ever experienced. Welcoming, professional, sincere, and friendly are just some of the words that describe BMW of the Hudson valley along with their staff David and Anu. I felt like I was meant to be there. From their initial hello and there constant contact with me, I couldn't be me pleased and satisfied. When my car was ready, I felt as if THEY who had sold, (what I'm sure would be more cars then I could number) was JUST as excited and sincere for me, as I was to be driving away with one. Thank you. Thank you to this amazing dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. He is always spot on with everything. I always tell everyone I know how great Spiro is.
My BMW is certified pre-owned and it needed to be serviced. I brought it to the dealership and was treated with the upmost respect and the employees were so friendly. This BMW dealership worked with me and took into consideration my plans for the day. They reassured me that they would do their best to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Usually getting your car serviced can be a headache in itself and time consuming. At this BMW dealership that is not the case. They even offered to have one of their workers drive me to the Woodbury Commons Outlet. (Which is located not even a half mile away from the facilities)
Overall a wonderful atmosphere to be in and I will not bring my car anyway else to be serviced. A+ grade in my book!
Top shelf service department. Your vehicle is ready when the say it will be. Clean and confortable waiting area. There are two BMW dealers closer to my home than Orange County BMW, but from Selection to sales to service they are worth the trip.
I special-ordered my 2011 550i from BMW of the Hudson Valley, and I was very pleased with the entire purchasing experience. My husband and I have owned several BMWs over the years, and we have been bringing our cars to the service department at BMW of the Hudson Valley ever since the dealership opened. The entire service experience is always a pleasure -- from the person who greets you, to our Service Advisor, Joanne Holmes, to the Service Director, Phil Dolce. They recently went out of their way to help us resolve an issue with our car. I highly recommend BMW of the Hudson Valley and their sales and service teams.
