Gebhardt BMWReviews
Gebhardt BMW review
I wanted to share the excellent experience I had at Gebhardt BMW. After inquiring about a vehicle online, we visited the dealership on January 24th for a test drive, where we met Jason. He was knowledgeable, insightful, and made the test drive both informative and enjoyable. After discussing our wants and needs, we decided that building and ordering a car was the best option so we could get exactly what we wanted. Throughout the entire process, Jason kept us well-informed and maintained great communication. The dealership was also very accommodating when it came to delivery, as we had a few family events that delayed our ability to pick up the car right away. When we finally arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for us. In Finance, Jake took the time to clearly explain all the options available without being pushy or aggressive—something we had experienced elsewhere. We also had a training session with Shane, who thoroughly walked us through all the technology features of our new vehicle. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend Gebhardt BMW—if you’re in the market for a BMW, this is absolutely the place to go.

I had the opportunity to work with Rebecca Hussle and Rohan Mushett to purchase a new car for my daughter. Rebecca went above and beyond to take the time to make sure that we were able to find what we wanted in a car and was the liaison between us and the sales team. She was very thorough and walked us through the process. Rohan was able to send me videos of the potential cars to purchase since I was not local. The process seamless and they were upfront with all the costs. It was a pleasure working with both Rebecca and Rohan. Sherry F.

Mr. Joey Yirak, Service Advisor, kept me informed on the status of my Chevy?s service and arranged for transportation to and from the dealership. Great time saver!
2019 BMW X4 review
A new owner of a 2019 BMW X4 M40i and loving it so far. Very sharp inside and out with a lot of punch. The vehicle handles great and has a lot of space inside. It sounds imposing. I’d say the downside is the rear blind spots and missing space over an X3 (mine has non run flats and the storage space under the rear storage is taken by a donut tire). But once you lower the rear seat headrests and get used to it, the blind spot isn’t troublesome. At the end of the day the X3 is a great SUV (I had one) but the X4 is much sportier, if that’s your thing. I just wish the M40i had more M trademarks, such as M sports steering wheel and M branding on the front seats as my recent 440i M sport edition did. But for sports + some utility, I recommend the X4.

Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

BMW of SpokaneReviews
BMW of Spokane review
Went in for an oil change (for a non-BMW vehicle that was purchased from the dealership). They were super nice, opened on time, Michael (and the young woman who moved my car, I didn’t catch your name, I’m sorry!) were pleasant, the waiting area was clean and comfy, and while it’s not an express oil change, I knew that ahead of time. I was fine to wait, and I didn’t even have to wait as long as I thought I might! Then they washed my car, which my baby definitely needed. Overall, a lovely experience!

Autobahn USA WestboroughReviews
Autobahn USA Westborough review
Marjorie and Autobahn were such a positive experience after a month of very negative experiences at other dealerships! They were responsive, transparent, respectful and attentive! I’m delighted to have found a 2015 Forester and feel very confident about my purchase! Very grateful for Marjorie and the Autobahn team! Rachel R.

Car Factory Outlet Miami review
I’m a first-time buyer, so I had a lot of questions. They took the time to explain the financing options and gave me all the information I needed. I found the car I was looking for and felt very comfortable with the process. I’m coming back Monday with my parents to hopefully buy it!

BMW MINI of Shawnee MissionReviews
BMW MINI of Shawnee Mission review
Jason was super friendly and very informative from the time we walked into the dealership. He set us up with Bailey, and he was well educated on the BMW answering all our questions. The deal on our trade in was fair, and the incentives for the BMW won us over! Thanks for a great experience! And the BMW hat!!
