Manhattan Beach ToyotaReviews
Manhattan Beach Toyota review
I’ve spent the better part of my adult life dreading the typical dealership "song and dance," but my visit to Manhattan Beach Toyota completely shattered every preconceived notion I had about the car-buying process. As someone in sales who has navigated plenty of high-pressure sales-floors over the years, I can honestly say I've never encountered a team—or an individual—quite like Lawrence. My fiancé and I are currently in the market for a larger vehicle that balances utility with a premium feel, and I’ve been torn between the capability of the new Land Cruiser and the sheer space of the Sequoia. While other dealerships I visited previously seemed content to just read me the window sticker, Lawrence operated on an entirely different level, providing a wealth of technical knowledge and comparative insight that was nothing short of a darn encyclopedia. What truly stood out was how Lawrence went above and beyond the call of duty; he didn't just show me the cars, but instead took the time to meticulously dissect the differences in drivetrain, interior and configurations, ensuring I understood exactly how each model would serve my needs as I transition into this next chapter of my life. It's rare to find a Fleet Manager who is willing to invest that much time and energy into a client without the immediate pressure of a "deal today," yet his patience and genuine desire to educate me made it clear that he values the relationship over everything. Even though I didn't drive home in a new SUV that same day, there is no doubt in my mind where I'll be heading when I’m ready to sign on the dotted line. If you're tired of the standard "sales pitch" and want to be treated with respect by someone who actually knows the product inside and out, do yourself a favor and ask for Lawrence at Manhattan Beach Toyota—you won't find a better experience in all of SoCal.

House of Imports review
Sabrina was so nice and energetic. No other pressure. Best thing is that they were able to match competition coupon. She also helped with warranty repair. Wish they had vacuumed car and washed day of when picked up. Wish they had better refreshments being Mercedes-Benz rather than only coffee and water.

They are very nice and helpful 👍 especially Melony is the best sales person I've ever met. ❤️
2024 BMW X4 review
This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

AutoNation Ford Torrance review
Daniel took care of my vehicle?s recall. I was leaving the state for work, and they accommodated my schedule while I was gone, making AutoNation Ford very easy to work with.
2020 BMW X4 review
I can't say enough about my 2020 BMW X4. I found excuses to drive, just to take it out and throw it around corners (to quote my son, who also oddly found just as many excuses to drive). Competent in snow, secure on dirt/gravel roads, I felt secure in driving in whatever rural Montana tossed my way. The cabin is spacious and well laid out. Controls are easy to access and displays are very clear/easy to read. Sufficient power to conquer mountain passes, and my average fuel economy (driving like an idiot at times) hovered around 29-30 mpg. Cargo space... to quote one reviewer, "I'm not the ****** UPS man" - if you need cargo space, go with the X3 or X5 (and look like just about every other driver in Bozeman MT). We moved our son to school (all of his stuff, and 3 adults) in the X4 w/o any issues. It's roomier than reviews make it out to be. No issues with reliability, and it is the safest vehicle I've ever owned. I was t-boned by a driver (who was on her phone) doing at least 25 mph & while her car was destroyed, mine was injured but driveable, and I was uninjured despite her slamming directly into the driver's side. I would gladly recommend an X4; it's the best of all worlds providing comfort/sporty driving, 8" clearance, and a bit of space in the back end. And it's not "silly looking". You won't regret it.

Pacific BMW review
I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

CarMax LAX review
In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

BMW of Buena Park review
Michael Nguyen was an exceptional sales person. He listened to our needs and worked hard to hit our targets. Michael is an experienced BMW salesman and knows the cars well. He was informative, responsive, and efficient. We bought our car the day we first visited the dealer and were impressed by everyone, including Tarik in the finance department. these are no-nonsense, knowledgeable professionals and we are happy we bought from them.

They were honest and trustworthy. The car needs a training course to operate. I wish they trained us better. It's still a 3 hour deal to complete everything. I would recommend them though.

Kiki and Alex (tire manager) were awesome from the start. Arranged a smooth drop off, a loaner from Ivan (very appropriate choice as well - X5), quick and efficient repairs were done. Thanks team! Pleasure doing business with yall!
2020 BMW X4 review
The car is great to me, it has the perfect size, comfortable seats, nice interior and exterior colors. I just love my new X4, performance is great so far. I have one an X1, a S4 and now this one, and so far the best option from the 3.

Todd and his team were outstanding. They found just the right car for some friends of mine who asked me to shop for them. Customer service was exceptional. Pricing was very competitive, and the overall experience was a 10+. I highly recommend that you give these professionals a shot. You will be pleased.

Had a pleasure doing business with Russell Westbrook CDJR for my new 2021 Dodge Challenger! Zaman, Moses, and Jay worked with me tirelessly to make sure I was happy with the car and our deal for it. This is the second vehicle I've bought from them and I'll definitely be back for a third in the future. Highly recommended!

Certified Benz & Beemer review
These guys are the best. I worked with Product Specialist Tom Berra, Sales Manger Kevin Stine, and Finance Manager Chris Shelton, and they were all an A+ for responsiveness, professionalism, and transparency. The car was shipped out of state and there were delivery issues unrelated to the dealership, but Tom and Kevin bent over backwards to see it through. Highly recommended!
