Working with Ethan on my 1st ever online purchase - was the 1st experience everyone wants! He was efficient with communications, but never pushy. He was flexible and open to any questions, while walking me through the process! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The financing process with David's help was a breeze! The process was time efficient and pretty flawless. He was on point with communication and very knowledgeable. Still loving my new car 2 months later- it exactly what I wanted and drives like a dream!!!

My experience with this dealership was great! They were very prompt with responding to all of my emails. When I arrived at the dealership, they had the car I inquired about in the front and ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. The purchasing process was seamless and quick. The salesman and other staff were very polite and addressed all of my concerns and questions.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! They went out of their way to serve us and our needs. Teresa even went out of her way to bring a car I was interested in from a sister dealership so I could test drive it that day. Crown Lexus is what it means to work as a team and to make a personal connection with their customers.

BMW of West HoustonReviews
BMW of West Houston review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tommy Luk at BMW West! I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X3 after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Tommy made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, Tommy was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. He truly took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. There’s a reason our family keeps coming back to him! Two of our family members had already purchased vehicles with Tommy before me, making me the third, and after my experience I completely understand why. We’ve already recommended him to other family members and will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle his way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, ask for Tommy Luk. He has absolutely earned our family’s business and our highest recommendation. Thank you, Tommy, for making my X3 purchase such a wonderful experience! ❤️🚙

Hertz Car Sales OrlandoReviews
Hertz Car Sales Orlando review
I bought a car from Hertz Orlando Car Sales last August. I brought it to Arizona where it developed a problem. My salesman, Adrian Perez, went out of his way and brought the mfg and Hertz together to solve the problem. This is way beyond what an average salesperson would ever do. Great result by a great sales person. Thank you. Craig Z

Bomnin Chevrolet HomesteadReviews
Bomnin Chevrolet Homestead review
I recently purchased a Chevrolet Trax from Bomnin Homestead and had a wonderful experience with Mike. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Mike took the time to go over the features and technology and answered every question I had. Even though I had several things I wanted to compare and consider, he remained patient and friendly the entire time. I never felt pressured, which made the buying experience much more enjoyable. Mike really knows his Chevrolet vehicles and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. I would highly recommend him.

Discovery Auto Center, LLCReviews
Discovery Auto Center, LLC review
I'm floored by the bad reviews of Discovery Auto. I almost didn't go because of it. However, I had my heart set on a Cadillac they had. I live in Clearwater so its about a 45 minute drive. I called the sales line and got Maurice. I told him exactly what I wanted. He desperately tried to get me the deal. However I know that dealership was telling the truth about that car because I had been looking at that model for 2 months. They did have the best price hence why I drove out. Unfortunately I couldn't talk them down but the manager Jonah came out to tell me why. I didn't feel like he was lying because I have Google and verified literally everything he said. So I moved down a notch to accommodate my budget comfortably. And I LOVE my new Camaro. I also want to say that the dealership has cars that will blow you away. Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz audis, bmws, literally every high-end car you can think of and they are clean- clean. But back to the bad reviews. I saw one review that a lady was upset she only got one key. I only got one key to my car. So I asked my salesman where's the other key? And his response was we can't control what the previous owner brings in. Which absolutely makes sense. My previous owner also didn't bring in the owner's manual. But I can't fault the dealership for something like that. I also saw a review that somebody gave him a one-star because they didn't get approved. That is not the dealerships fault. I'm not saying that they didn't feel slighted. But I HATE being lied to. So with that being said... go check it out for yourself. Ask for Maurice.
