Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. They were really friendly and made the car buying experience (which has always been a nightmare in the past) seem like visiting with friends. They will be my first choice when shopping for vehicles in the future. They were very polite when I called to see if the car I was looking at was still available. They allowed me to take the car out twice for a test drive until I was comfortable it was what I wanted. Even through the quick paperwork (10 min tops) the whole experience was fun. Highly recommend this dealer.
I found a couple of vehicles I was interested in at Meek's while searching cars.com. These folks were quick to reply to email questions about the vehicles, and Keith called to give me additional information they thought would help. I ended up having surgery in the middle of the process, so my Uncle and Aunt went to test drive for me. They loved the place and gave me their opinions. When I went to pick up my car, I watched Jenni manage what had to be a hectic influx of customers with poise and friendliness. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a quality vehicle. BMW appeals to that special buyer. They cost more but you get certain qualities such a driving dynamics, build quality not seen in others. If you like to drive and appreciate things put well together-go see J.D. Jason and the team at BMW Tulsa. They work fairly, quickly and make the entire process pleasant.
One of the last to offer free maintenance for 3 years plus a nice loaner car or pick up at your office for service. Anyhow, check them out.

My service guy Berry, was excellent. Not too often do you find someone with a personality, but I enjoyed working with him and would give him 10 stars. Not so with the lady who set my appt. She was okay until she told me there was no shuttle service on Saturday. I found out otherwise but too late to keep from inconveniencing my neighbor, to whom I now owe a favor. That’s just not a smart mistake to make.

They did a great job diagnosing the problem, even showing me it was motor oil not transmission fluid. Called about my warranty, always scheduled me an appointment to come back & reminded me of same. I just hate that they beat around the bush about a loaner vehicle.
