BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
This is the second time that I've leased a car from BMW of Buena Park and I have to (again) give them my sincerest thanks and appreciation -- with a most notable kudos to Veronica for making the whole thing as efficient and painless as possible! I'd been in touch with Veronica since my last lease was coming to a close, and she always kept things pressure free until I was ready to move forward, along with being so very kind, patient, and helpful once I had a car in mind. On top of all of that, she gave me an outstanding deal while being incredibly transparent and direct with any questions I posed to her along the way. Beyond that, they arranged delivery to make my life that much easier which was incredibly thoughtful of them. You guys are the absolute best -- thank you so very much for always going above and beyond! I'll be back for sure and continue to recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a BMW!

BMW of Cincinnati North review
Excellent experience with BMW of Cincinnati North. I was buying remote and Matt made the process seamless. He made sure everything was perfect before I traveled to get the vehicle. He was going on vacation when I was to pick up the vehicle so he introduced me to Conner who finalized my transaction and supported me through the final steps and helped me get to know my new vehicle. End to end a solid experience!!!

We visited other dealerships, including other BMW locations and our primary reason for purchasing from Fremont BMW was because of the great service without any pressure from our sales rep (Jay), his manager all the way to the finance dept (Patrick). They took care of us and listened to all our needs. Thank you to Fremont BMW for helping me feel great after walking away from purchasing my first BMW!

BMW of RockvilleReviews
BMW of Rockville review
I had an excellent experience with BMW of Rockville, especially with my service advisor, Ali Souley. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. Ali took care of both me and my vehicle?s service needs in every possible way. He made sure everything was handled properly and kept me informed along the way. His customer service and professionalism really stood out. I?m never disappointed when I bring my vehicle to BMW of Rockville for service, and having someone like Ali taking care of my car makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!
2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
I traded in my 2023 X5 45e and a 2026 X5 50e. I loved the 2023 and thought I would keep it longer but my local dealer had a 2026 loaner X5 that they were selling at a big discount. It has the more improved Driver Professional Pro package, a $2500 option which includes a self driving option on the interstates. The 50e had many issues in its first model year that BMW has fixed for the 2026 model the last year before the major redesign in 2027. The battery is warranty is now 100000 miles rather than the 80000 on the 45e. The Driver Professional Pro usually is only on the M model upgrades which didn’t want so this fix the bill for a timely replacement before the major redesign in 2027.

BMW of Spokane review
Lucas provided an outstanding experience throughout the vehicle purchase process. His attention to detail, authenticity, and professionalism were evident from start to finish. He conducted himself with integrity and care, and was a true gentleman in every interaction. In an era where many transactions feel impersonal and purely online, this experience stood out as genuinely human and thoughtful. I felt truly valued and well cared for as a customer. Lucas, his colleague, and the entire BMW team went above and beyond expectations by delivering the vehicle directly to my location, taking significant time away from their workday, and making me feel welcomed as part of the BMW family. I am sincerely grateful to Lucas and the BMW team for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

Pacific BMWReviews
Pacific BMW review
I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Ed was extraordinarily responsive, answering my (many) texts within minutes! Ed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring and compassion. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

General maintenance done as was recommended. Overall a great experience but wish all of the BMW locations had a joint service platform. We just had spark plugs done within 6 months but the Bellevue center didn't have any record of this. Luckily I handled the visit because my wife wouldn't have known this and would have had them do it again. Other than that, this was one of our better experiences that we have had so far with BMW.

BMW of Peoria review
My husband and I absolutely love this dealership! We’ve been doing business here for almost 4 years, with our most-recent purchase being earlier this month. Aaron Jones was our salesman for a second time, and he did not fail to come through again. He listens to his customers and tries his best to deliver. Every interaction that we’ve had at BMW of Peoria, from the front door, to management, to sales, to finance, to the service department have all been pleasant experiences. This dealership always has a really great selection of vehicles, and it is our dealership of choice!

Valencia BMW review
The overall experience was a pleasure. Jade Ramos is a great salesperson. She was super helpful and very responsive, even on her days off. The sales manager, Dave Erickson, didn't play the sales game. he gave me the price that I was looking for with no haggling. The only problem is that now my wife wants one too.

Ceidrick and Steve were great through the whole process. And was very pleased to see the offer for our car was real and not just a trick to get us there and then offer us less.

United BMWReviews
United BMW review
I purchased car in August of 2025 from United BMW. Nelson assisted me with the purchase and was amazing. He listened and made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for and knows the brand extremely well enough that he was able to intelligently answer all my questions. The finance department was very helpful and not pushy with add-on sales. Over the past year that I owned the car, Nelson has been very responsive and helpful with additional questions I had. I recently brought the car in for regular service, and the service department was very helpful. I have been to many BMW dealerships, and this dealership stands apart from the others.

New Century BMWReviews
New Century BMW review
I have just leased a 330i with the internet sales manager Sami Asadourian, and I am truely happy with the process and the final deal I got. I am from the Bay area and I have visited numerous dealers in the Bay area before coming to the new century BMW. I even went to another dealer in person in LA before coming to the new century, not to mention I have called many before flying to LA. Among all the experiences, I have to say that Sami was the most honest, transparent, and respectful salesperson that I met. I went directly to him and asked about the resulidual rate, the money factor, and the MSRP, etc. He gave me all the numbers without a doubt, and on top of that, a great satisfying discount. It was pleasant to do business with Sami, and I definitely will lease my next car with him in 3 years.

The service rep was awesome. I didn’t care for the “lady” after hour service rep. She couldn’t answer any questions about my service or coupon/discounts.
