As a long-time customer, I've seen this entity improve substantially under it's relatively new management. My most recent service visit (scheduled annual maintenance) was particularly gratifying. Antonio has handled me in the past, and he made me feel as if he knew me personally, even though it's been a year since we last interacted. He is thoroughly professional, and he is an excellent ambassador for a company that delivers on the promise of superb service, which one hopes for when paying for Volvo - I was well taken care of - and it's highly appreciated - especially during these stressful times. We're currently living upstate, but I preferred to take care of this in Manhattan, instead of establishing a new relationship with an upstate dealer, and I am glad I did so.

Was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tamir (the car guy) is great, very knowledgeable and up front with you. Mary (the numbers gal) is great at crunching those numbers for getting you the best deal. Even taking a few days working with 3 or four banks to get the right payment to fit that budget. That's why I love this dealership so much and why me and my family has purchase 4 vehicles from them over the past few years. Even with interest rates and cars prices going up and up. You can still get a deal at this dealership. Their slogan is so true. Come as a stranger and leave as a friend is so true! Geoff, Jim, and Armad were exceptional to work with on my first Range Rover Sport purchase. From the moment I walked in as a prospect late right before closing to their assistance in ensuring I felt comfortable with my deal remotely, they treated me with respect, courtesy, and genuine care. Both Geoff and Jim maintained constant communication throughout the process. On delivery day, they made me feel like the most important person in the world. The concierge thoroughly explained the range rover app, which was already programmed before my arrival. They provided a full demo of all the car features, and even gifted us a bottle of wine and a thoughtful gift bag. My wife and I felt incredibly valued. For someone like me, who comes from very humble beginnings and used to count coins for the train/bus, making a purchase like this is a significant milestone—a dream realized through years of hard work and perseverance.
