If they are going to continue to sell used Teslas, Corwin Toyota needs to better train its employees how to transfer these vehicles through the Tesla process. The previous owner on my purchase was still listed as the owner (an elderly woman). Her credit card was apparently still being used to pay for vehicle electric charging expenses on my vehicle because I couldn't put my credit card on account until prior owner was removed from Tesla account. Simple process, but Corwin needs to commit to address this Tesla qwirk to avoid unfair charges to previous owners. I hope they will reimburse that poor prior owner. Other than this problem, the sales staff were great.

My 2022 Certified Passat was sold and serviced with Tom Wood Noblesville, and that customer’s relationship is what brought this road machine back to the dealership. Relationships are important to me, and I recommend Tom Wood VW because of the relationships they build with customers. When I’m in the dealership, that’s what I’ve seen since the day I met Mike.
