I bought a 2020 Mazda CX-5 from AutoNation Hyundai Tempe completely sight unseen, all the way from Chicago, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. The car was exactly as described — no surprises, no discrepancies between what they told me and what actually showed up. I had my own mechanic do an independent inspection once it arrived, and it confirmed everything on their vehicle inspection report was accurate. Buying a car remotely, especially out of state, comes with a lot of built-in anxiety since you can't kick the tires yourself. This dealership made it easy — they were straightforward, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Would happily buy from them again and recommend them to anyone considering an out-of-state purchase.

He truly listened to what I wanted and helped me get exactly the vehicle I was looking for. Then came Paul in finance ? what a pro! Pleasant experience. I was with her, but my 18 year old daughter was actually doing the buying. The salesman "Will" treated her like any older customer, asking what she was looking for and listening to her. He did take the time to explain to her things about financing that most 18 year old people would not know. I was glad to see them talking to her and not to me (Dad). They were able to get her financing for here very nice, pre-owned car. The interest rated of course was a bit high, but I told her to build her credit for another year or so and refinance for a better rate. Unlike some other dealers, I was able to negotiate a bit on price, but it was the best price within 200 miles on that vehicle. I drove almost 2 hours to get there, but felt it was well worth it. I'd recommend them to my friends.
