We bought a new K4 for our daughter from here a few days ago. The process was pretty straight forward and no hidden fees like some of the other places we checked out. Was nice to go to a place that didn't try to bash us over the head with stuff we didn't need.

West Point Lincoln review
Just had our Lincoln delivered yesterday. First time seeing the car in person and it is so beautiful. Jeff Lombardo, my consultant throughout this entire transaction, was more than helpful, considerate, kind and patient. He even delivered the car to us from Houston to the Hill Country. We certainly would buy another car from him. To sum it up, the car is absolutely gorgeous, Jeff is great and life is good!!

They made buying a new truck too easy. Good job Pat Richardson. I just got back from Florida he had everything ready to start the buying process.
2024 Buick Encore GX review
My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

The salesman John Pacheco was AMAZING and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and made the experience smooth. I felt at home and I recently lost my mom to cancer and shared that with him he was empathetic and just listened to me speak about her. In the business that he is in human kindness is important and he showed just that.

I recently bought a new Canyon with Dan’s help and had a really good experience. It’s actually the first truck I’ve ever owned, so it was a big purchase for me. Dan was straightforward throughout the process and helped make sure I received the rebates and discounts available to me as a veteran. Everything went smoothly and I never felt pressured. If you’re looking at a vehicle here, I’d recommend asking for Dan

After a recent terrible experience from a previous dealership, this place is 10/10 service and on top of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car due to our exceptional experience.

Palm Springs NissanReviews
Palm Springs Nissan review
Do not trust the verbal agreements made by the sales team at Palm Springs Nissan.I purchased a used 2020 Nissan Altima here on June 25, 2026, from salesman Alfredo R. The vehicle was delivered with only one key fob. Alfredo explicitly promised me that the previous owner was returning the second key and that he would ship it directly to my residence. Three months later, I have received absolutely nothing. When I followed up to resolve this, I spoke with Manager Alex Gonzalez, whose response was entirely unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of honoring the commitment made by his sales team, he evaded accountability by stating "used cars just come like that." He then attempted to turn their unfulfilled promise into a sales pitch, claiming a replacement key costs $600 but offering a "discount" to sell me one.A manager’s job is to ensure integrity, honor team commitments, and resolve customer issues fairly—not to exploit a salesman's empty promise to extract more money from a customer. Alex Gonzalez showed a complete lack of leadership and customer service. I highly recommend taking your business to a dealership that values honesty and stands behind their word.

I am sure I will be in again soon for maintenance hopefully and not anymore leaks but I want to point out one exceptional employee you have, Daniel. I swear he hates seeing my texts but that has never once stopped him from jumping right on and helping me out. One day it will all be fixed and we can move on with this truck.

Tadan LaFrance at McCarthy was a very nice gentleman to work with as well as Chris his manager and Josh the financial guy. I came out feeling that both parties felt good about the transaction. Professional people.
