Victory Motors- Royal OakReviews
Victory Motors- Royal Oak review
The absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Started out just going to buy my wife a Durango and ended up coming back two weeks later and got myself a Ram. The amounts they gave us for both of our trade ins were very fair. They also didn’t just shop my credit application around to everyone that they use. They went with the financial institution that was offering the lowest interest rates at that time and it worked out. They answered all of my questions and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. John and Jess and the whole staff treat you like family and not just a sale. I’m sending more customers your way soon.

I had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. The team was very professional, transparent, and welcoming throughout the process. I recently purchased a Chevy Trax, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Shane and Stephanie were both very helpful, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. I also compared with a few other dealerships, and they offered me the best deal without any pressure, which I truly appreciated. Their service and hospitality really stood out, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free and trustworthy car buying experience.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Matick Buick GMCReviews
Matick Buick GMC review
When we were looking for a car last November we were lucky enough to have Steve wait on us. Steve made sure we got everything we wanted and more. Steve is professional knowledgeable and Pleasant to work with. Steve made sure everything went smooth and easy and stress-free when buying a vehicle. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle or Steve at Matick Buick. In June we needed some body work done. We called Steve and he got us in right away and took care of the problem. Steve is on his A-game and always takes your calls. Again everything worked out smooth and easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Matic Buick for any of your vehicle needs and ask for Steve as your salesman. You will never be disappointed. We hope Matic Buick in Southfield realizes how fortunate they are they have a salesperson who is as dedicated as Steve is.

From Shanna in sales to Gretchen in finance, the whole experience was fast, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, sincere, and easy to work with. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Shanna was great to work with, and Gretchen made the finance side simple and stress-free. On top of that, they were funny and personable, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend this dealership if you want great service and great people!

Macomb Automotive review
Exceptional value. We’ve bought cars from this dealer for a decade. Most recently a 2025 Acura RDX A-spec with 9000 miles on it. I found records in the car showing that it sold 18 months ago for $51k. Current book was $41k. I paid $31k. Showroom clean. They disclosed and showed a picture of the rear end damage it sustained. All repairs made passed inspection from my mechanic. Understand that McComb Automotive specializes in the sale of R titled vehicles. Other reviewers missed this key point. Also understand that they DO NOT finance. This is clearly stated on the website. What you lose is the factory warranty, Acura guarantees 5 years bumper to bumper, 7 years power train. What you get is McComb’s warranty of 1 year power train, and exceptional savings. Do your homework, then go test drive a car. You will not be disappointed. Do not expect a slick salesperson or even an overly pleasant office staff, although Kathy was very helpful and efficient. This place is all about the cars. We purchased a 2017 Acura RDX IN 2018 and have made ZERO repairs to it. My sister has purchased a dozen cars from McComb Automotive and has loved every single one of them. We recommend them with no reservations.
