I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
I had a problem with the Service on my last visit. I waited until the following Monday then call Rick Gonzales, my Service Rep, who had been off on the fore meantioned visit. He was able to get me in on the following day and take care of the problem..
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My husband and I had a great car buying experience with the dealership. Working with Natalie Collins as our sales person was a very stressfree experience. Natalie worked our car deal with expectional experience. Natalie really eased the entire process. She was very detailed in explaining anything that was realated in the entire document process. We also had an enjoyable stress free process with Mr. David De La Cruz. His ease and experience with the Financal paperwork was absoultely phenomenal. I want to say THANK YOU to these employees that are a part of your team. The coffee bar and the the kids section with TV's and a personal sitting area were a big a help. I would recommend anyone who is car shopping to at least stop buy and visit. Thank you Natalie & David for the great service and hard work..
My husband and I have always hated car shopping. The process takes forever and we generally leave feeling exhausted, ripped off and not at all excited about our new vehicle. When we moved to Texas a few months ago, my husband was in need of a new vehicle and he had been wanting a GMC Terrain for years. We weren't looking forward to the search at all, but Ewing completely surprised us. Gary was our salesperson, and he was genuinely friendly (not in the fake salesperson kind of way), very knowledgeable, and made the experience fun for once. Everyone we met that day was the exact same way. They didn't try to push added things we didn't need. They came back with the price we were wanting. And in the end, we actually walked away feeling happy and excited about our new vehicle. It was such a great experience that I will probably be going back to trade in my Ford Escape I got a couple of years ago for a GMC or Buick just for the experience. Thank you so much to the whole team! You all were great and we definitely recommend you all to anyone and everyone!
I truly enjoyed my shopping experience yesterday on Friday. October 2, 2015. Mia was very patient, professional, and caring in listening to my needs and concerns. I experienced that some repairs are not corrected on first visit to dealership. Recently, my car was in second time for same AC unit problems. I was told the diagnosis was different this time-$$$. The other problem is that car randomly hesitates to start. The problem of.random starts is back.again. It has been less than 2 weeks since repairs were completed.
For my recent service request I delivered my GMC truck to Gateway's eager service representative Blake. He is my go-to person with all of my routine maintenance and service. Blake is knowledgeable, kind, and he represents the confidence that a quality business is built upon.
For months my GMC truck had several annoying noises with the suspension. Blake kindly listened to me when I described what was riling me, then smiled and said "we got this". Later Blake backed his assurance and now I thoroughly enjoy driving my truck again.
The technicians in the service department did another superior job.
Have an older car that has required a different motor because of broken timing belt, then some four legged creature did something to the ac. Lots of trash found in the blower. Have been happy with the final results with each. This car belongs to my wife who does a lot of driving here and yonder and hard to keep it in running order.
Very clean facility!!! Service was excellent !! The buying experience was smooth
