I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
Mr Utley was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for anyone better I will pass his name on and I already have to a friend who will be coming in soon for a lease .

I love the duel sunroof to the back seat bucket seats. The sound cancellation from the exterior sounds is remarkably impressive. The drivetrain feels smooth and the transmission is flawless. Love this Buick Enclave. Soon going to upgrade to a newer one.
Everyone at Golling made the purchase of my car very quick, easy and efficient. It was literally so fast, as they accommodated me on my lunch break for a test drive. And when the private buyer for my car backed out at the last minute, the Golling team went to work and found a new buyer within a day. Thank you!

No wonder this Buick has had overall excellent ratings. It is a beautiful, comfortable automobile with plenty of performance. No, it is not a Mercedes or BMW but then, it is $30,000 less and in our opinion better looking.
In the 2 years that we have owned our Buick it has only been to the dealer for oil changes. We have averaged over 20 mpg with mostly city and expressway driving and over 28 mpg highway with the 3.6 V6.
Was looking at a used car they were asking top dollar for. It needed paint in numerous places, hubcaps, and parts of the bumper recliped. They would not fix those things or come down on price for the car so i could get those things fixed. The car has been there for months guess they didn't want to sell the car that bad.

This is the first Buick I've ever owned -- the 2017 Encore had a bit of a refresh in styling from the year before, both in its exterior and interior -- best was the interior refresh. The touch screen is now integrated into the dash -- no "stand up" screen as before. I have the next to highest trim level, the Essence -- dual zone HVAC controls for the front seat passenger and driver, and leather interior. Great gas mileage -- the turbo charged four cylinder does a good job -- a bit louder engine sounds than a six cylinder. Overall, a great little car.
I needed to buy a new car and thought of Golling first. They have been excellent in the past with repairs on my old car. Chuck Eubanks was extremely helpful and made my new car buying experience easy and stress free.

Gravely disappointed in the Buick Encore. In for repairs twice in the last month. First time rebuilt engine and replaced rear brakes, two weeks later, replaced rear brakes again. Went back to the dealership and he priced the buy back at 50 cents on the dollar. This for a year old car with less than 12,000 miles. Bad deal.
My experience was fantastic, We were greeted by Lisa as we waited for a salesperson, she was very pleasant to talk with. Within just a few moments, Dave Crowder became my salesperson. I appreciated the fact that I never felt that he was being pushy and was very honest with me. He was willing to listen to exactly what I was looking for and immediately started looking for a dealer trade since they did not have the one I wanted. He kept in contact with me to let me know when it arrived and was extremely helpful. I consider him my new salesperson and the one that I will refer to all of my friends and family.

Very comfortable and good ride on cross country trips. The exterior and interior both look good. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage.
The navigation system is not good. Small screen, and not intuitive to program. Will only accept Mt not mount when that is in the name. Maps not up to date when new, expensive to update.
Our salesman, Artie Bryan, is not your stereo typical car salesman. He is helpful, resourceful knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Definitely would recommend in future. Will go back again.

This vehicle has exceeded all of my needs. It is has lots of leg room, comfortable seats that cradle my lumbar region, and so many cool features! It has navigation, Bose 10 speaker sound system, and it integrated my iPhone! It rides smoothly and has a lot of safety features like lane deterrent, side and overhead air bags, back up assist camera, and prevents roll over! It is dark sapphire blue with black interior with leather ! Gorgeous inside and out!!! Absolutely love this SUV!!!

I was pleased to find the dealershio’s repair prices to be affordable and in-line with other reputable mechanics within the area. I was grateful to have a lift from their driver to pick-up my car afterward in the same day’s afternoon and still run my errands too!
Comfy but not mechanically reliable

I bought this car used at 60k miles. Its comfy, but I have had three major mechanical issues with it. Each issue costing me about $2,000.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I purchased my 2016 Buick Lacrosse December 2016. However, on August 22, 2018, not even two years that I have my car there was a problem with the transmission. I had to have it towed to the dealer and their analysis was "the transmission and the car would not even go in reverse. This happened while I was driving on a major street, alone and very scared and upset. I contacted GMC to request that they compensate me for my inconvenience. However, they contacted the dealer and essentially, I was told there was nothing they would do. I explained that I did not feel safe driving a car that is not two years old that has had transmission problems. After they kept the car for week/half I drove the car and it skipped again. Took it back to dealer and service manager drove it but it did not skip on him (doctor in). I have been driving buicks for over 30 years and I am thoroughly disappointed with GMC. I cannot keep paying a car note for a car that has transmission issues before it is even two years old and GMC will not give me any kind of compensation. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GMC EVER AGAIN. I WILL HAVE TO TAKE FURTHER STEPS. WHAT DO THEY DO, WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING DRASTIC HAPPENS????
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Beautiful, luxurious car. Have owned a year and a half with no mechanical problems. Rides great Third Buick we have owned . Still own all 3 . 1978 Buick Riviera, 2003 Buick LaSabre, purchased new, all great cars!
