Great dealership to work with. I found the HHR on the internet,called and worked a deal before I even went to look at. I live about 150 + miles away. The dealership was upfront on everything they said about the car, and was very easy to work with over the phone and in person. One of the best experience I had in car buying. All dealerships should be like this.
Though we had to travel all over to find that best car at the best dealership. Found a gem less than a mile away. Best value convertible of all the premium cars was at Sims. Bought a Cascada and get compliments on its style usually every time we we go out,..For real. We couldn't take delivery because new concrete was just poured. They kept it for three weeks mostly in the showroom even though it possed serious sales issues. Would recommend Sims in a heartbeat. Oh by he way...,the 19 seconds to open or close the top is awesome ¿¿¿
I looked at cars.com found nice car interested in.dealership super fast response,told me about car,gave me idea of payments based on my credit score,and said I could drive the car home following morning in which was a over all great experience.
James Callender met us and guided us through the process of selecting a Forester. Then, he kept us posted as the car we specially ordered was prepared and shipped to Ganley. When the day of delivery came, James and Jim in finance efficiently processed our purchase, and I was off...very excited to have my comfy Subaru! I love the feel and the visibility it allows while driving. A big hit, al in all.
