So far my experience with my seller and my financer work well. Very nice ,gentle and caring. I was told to go with the car check and bring get back 5 daya after if anything wrong change or fix. I went to my mechanic checked out brought the diagnosis and they were nice to complete my demand overall it was a nice experiance with the staff from front desk to seller the financer and the mechanic depatment. Nice staff 5 stars for the seller 5 stars for finance dept Carlos Santos who is doing his best for me work out with the car and the mechanical dept who was willing to fix the problems Thank you again 5 stars to Auto Nation
2025 Cadillac CT5 review
Nice car and the car is pretty fast for a 4 cylinder and it gets 32 mpg. Hwy.!!! beautifull interoor although a little bit cramped but it has all the amenities i need!! As nice of a car as this is i will keep it for a long time!!! it's cheaper to maintain than european rivals and i think for the smaller engine it has more get up and go than my older 2020 toyota corolla!!!

I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. Thanks again to the service team and Barbara. Keep it up

we love the car! being a Cadillac, I figured the fit and finish would be of better quality. driver door was out of line took back to dealer and they made it better, but not perfect. Little disappointed

I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

2022 Cadillac CT5 review
I'm just 3 weeks into owning and driving this new car, having accepted that my 300,000 mile 22 year old Olds couldn't be rejuvenated. The CT5 is a fine looking intermediate sized sedan. The dealership support seems solid. I think I have mastered the most important 2/3 of what all the switches and controls do. We have the twin-turbo engine and, as advertised, it accelerates well. The jury is out on the run-flat tires and nonexistent equipment to change a tire. The car could use more headroom in the rear seats. But there is lots to like as well. The heads-up display is great and I've configured the dashboard to monitor things I want like tire pressure and coolant temperature (among many other possible things). It connects well with my mobile phone and charges while doing this. The basic radio pulls in all sorts of stations. It feels well constructed and I was delighted to learn almost all of the car was made in the US, Canada, or Mexico. It is a pleasure to drive and it induced me to pick up a copy of Aretha Franklin's Freeway of Love singing about her Pink Cadillac, even if mine is white.

2022 Cadillac CT5 review
I traded my 3 year old 2019 Blazer to get a new CT5-V Series. The car is nicely equipped & lovely to look at inside & out. The leather black & white interior has a hi-end look & feel, plus heated & ventilated seats. This car is about the same size as the current model Honda Accord. The 360hp V6 feels willing, able & smooth. The exhaust has a sporty note. 10 speed auto shifts very smoothly. This is the best driving Cadillac I've been in & just to reiterate, has a sporty feel. It's not the "cushy" Brougham feeling Caddy's were known for in the 1980's. It looks very smart, has enough advanced technology to boggle your mind & overall, gets you there in style! On the downside, I ordered this car in March & took the process 7 months before car arrived at my Dealership.

2025 Cadillac CT5 review
I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

Abbi our sales guy made the entire experience so smooth. Answered all Our questions and made it the easiest buying a car experience ever. We were so lucky to meet the GM, John during our experience. This is the first time we have ever been able to ask the GM direct questions and get honest answers. We have never been able to ask the GM any questions when we have bought other cars. We were so happy and there was no stress at all the entire time. Usually when you get done with the sales experience you are so worn out from all of the back and forth the last thing you want to do is head into another office but with our entire experience this wasn’t the case. Abbi was so thorough and by the time we completed the great experience with him and John the GM we went into the fiance office and got to meet Maya. She was so genuine and excited for us and every moment was so delightful. We were so relieved that she had a couple options for us to add on because with our last car that was missing and we want to go into this new lease feeling secure incase little things happen that we are covered to help the experience at the end so we will secure in case something happens for over mileage, scratches, dents etc. We also got to meet the service department manager while we were there and he introduced himself and was so excited to have us apart of the Cadillac family. He already was so confident to let him know if anything went wrong had wouid take care of us.
