The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

Excellent Service all the way around. Maintenance was completed in a very timely manner. My initial appointment wasn't until 10:30 am. As I did not have any particular things going on so dropped it off at 8:30 am and told them that they could keep it as long as necessary. I received a call at 9:30 am stating that all maintenance had been completed, an our before my scheduled appointment.

What can I say. I have purchased 5 cars from Cadillac of Las Vegas over the years (the last 12 to be exact). They are a class act. My Sales Associate, Mindy Martin, is the best. Look no further. She has sold me every car that I have purchased from there from Tahoes, XT5, two previous Escalades to my current, Escalade V. I would never go anywhere else or recommend any other dealership. Mindy goes out of her way to make sure I get exactly what I need regarding upgrades, extras and warranties. I cannot say enough good about the selection of vehicles and customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 While Browsing I haven’t bought a car yet, but every time I stop by Chevy SB the team gives me their time and answers everything I ask. Merwan especially goes above and beyond — he even brings out new and used cars for me to check out from home . I’m still taking my time and browsing at my own pace, but overall it’s been a solid experience and I appreciate the patience and help from him and the whole team.
