Used Cadillac XT5 for sale in Belton, MO

I knew exactly what I wanted and I did not want to go into the dealership to buy the car, I wanted to nail everything down over the phone. I spoke with Robert and he did a great job of breaking down the rebates as they can be confusing. Robert was able to offer me BY FAR the best price for my new Ram Laramie, and when we did the deal NOTHING changed. Both Robert and John (sales manager) were straight shooters, and did not waste my time. They were also able to beat my rate at BofA so I did financing with them, and their finance manager was great. Overall one of, if not the best car buying experience I have had. I would absolutely recommend. Make sure to speak with Robert!

Great mileage plus luxury. Minus the start/stop for engine (kills life of starter). Comfortable seats with heating elements for cold winter start up. I love the service from the dealership the caddy app is pretty cool

This is the 2nd XT5 that we have owed. Our 2021 is a good improvement over our 2017. They have changed some things that I did not like from previous years. Overall great value!

I have a 2017 XT5 that I purchased when I was in NC. I've had 2 previous SRs and have enjoyed every single one. The one thing that has bothered me most is after a while a rattling noise began in each one of them. I bought it new and had no problems until 2022, the air conditioner, the sunroof and 3 out of 4 bearings. I have lots of Mike's in it is probably the reason.... I've traveled from Florida to NC a few tines as well as Florida to Baton Rouge. I hope she's ready to go for another 89,000 miles. Love mine.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

I went in looking for a new XT5 but could not find the right configuration. Hector was kind enough to stick through with our wishes, and found me a pre-owned unit with almost no miles on it that had everything I wanted. Never in a million years did I think I'd drive a used car, but it was perfect and I love my XT5!

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

Just a very good, reliable, solid, powerful, and nicely styled vehicle. A little small on cargo, and electronics are OK, but not up with current trims with other companies. Have some Update error on downloads, but that's about it...15,000miles, still like new.

We originally had a unpleasant experience here as first time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pre-order of our new vehicle and maintained stellar communication and customer service throughout the whole pre-order process. We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I will update my review once we purchase the car but so far I can say Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Ask for her if you are having any hesitations on purchasing new Cadillac! Getting my fuel pump's jet nozzle replaced just found out what my problem was with my fuel consumptions numbers.The back up camera does not always light up enough to see to back up until I put it in drive.

The day I was rescheduling for the future, I was recalled that day and offered an appointment for that day a few hours later due to a cancellation. That worked out better than I dreamed. I have more confidence in driving when I know I am on time with scheduled/prescribed maintenance on my vehicle.

Bought car after lease expired. car is really reliable. No major problems. 1 drawback is not great gas mileage. 3.6 engine is very responsive. Overall good reliable car.

Took a copy of license and insurance card and handed my wife the keys. Told us to take it for a test drive. We loved it. Went inside to talk turkey about financing, got a good rate and bought an extended warranty as I was concerened wit higher mileage on the car, but again no pressure. In and out in about an hour. We have had it for a week now and still love it, no buyers remorse. I've already recommended to a couple of aquaintences. Vic is the man to see if you need a quality used car.

Great vehicle! Does everything well. Very nice looking ( especially when compared to like type vehicles!) interior is what you would expect of a Cadillac. Price is extremely good compared to most of imports of like type. Proud it is AMERICAN!

The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

We have been driving our 2019 XT5 Luxury V6, 3.6 L, FWD, horizon red (exterior), Sahara beige (interior), family SUV for more a year and half, now, and are excited every single time we enter it. With our previous cars, the longer we had them the less delighted we were. It definitely is NOT the case with our XT5. The aesthetics are superb, as the cabin inside feels like a piece of art, while still being a real car. (We came to believe that critics of XT5 interior were not seeing the forest for the trees; focused on nitty-bitty details, like "rough edges" of door pockets, but completely missing or mischaracterizing it as a whole). The appearance of exterior is sharp, not your neighbor's yet another SUV, and elegant. The front and rear boomerang-shaped lights are in our opinion the best looking in the auto industry. Very appropriate for a true luxury vehicle, which it is. Although the cabin is very spacious and comfy, the car's outside dimensions are about perfect for parking in a standard garage or parking lot. Before we bought our XT5 we wanted to buy Explorer, but parking it, even with automatic car assist was a frustrating experience due to its oversized width. (Also, Explorer - the top of the line version - did not feel nearly as luxurious inside as XT5.) The V6 quietness and pick up are very satisfying. The auto stop-restart gets some time to get used to it, but after a while we actually like it. It's pretty cool. Driving it is a pleasure, too. Smooth ride like a velvet, easy to maneuver, all-by-wire steering and transmission will amaze you. It feels like a light-weighted car and not 2,500 lb gross weight truck. It does exactly what the driver wants it to do. So far no repairs, just oil change and washing. Fuel efficiency is good, although we don't drive it too fast. Now, some critical comments. Our biggest concern probably pertains to virtually all new vehicles available on the market. The "short travel" suspension that today's cars utilize may look sharp and fashionable, provide better fuel economy and feeling of the road, and offer a smooth ride on a good quality pavement, but becomes rough and bumpy on bumpy roads. We remember times when a full-size or mid-size cars were floating through roads' imperfections as the only parts that were moving up and down were the wheels. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case with today's new cars. When a highway has a bump, you cans see that the wheels AND the entire body of every new car are moving up and down on it. Our second concern is the car length. Making it a few inches longer (perhaps, an optional "L" version) would make the rear half of the cabin feel like an upscale saloon. We wonder why manufacturers of most cars abandoned the idea that it is the rear seats that should be the most spacious and comfortable. Not that we complain about XT5's rear seat, its is comfy and can be moved back and forth, and reclined a bit, but, again, we are a bit critical about the recent trend in auto industry in this respect. Our third concern is with the control/GPS screen. It misses a shade so when the sun is up it sometimes throws the light directly on it, which makes it more difficult to read some small details. We also found it difficult to buy one specific accessory: pillows that would allow passengers to sleep while riding in upward position. Perhaps, Cadillac could consider commissioning them; they would greatly enhance the pleasures (or reduce tiredness) of the long-distance driving. Other than that, we love it from the first sight. We probably will keep it indefinitely.

I want to thank God for the devine intervention that lead me to Drew D and Nick C at Oakes Kia.  For the past 3 weeks I felt like I was in a nightmare dealing with another dealership. I was lied to, had my credit applications submitted without my knowledge or approval, was offered vehicles with mechanical issues, and that's not even 1/4 of the issues. I will not name the 8 location dealership, but I will say everything about my experience at Oakes was different.   I met Tim first and I mentioned the vehicle I was on the lot looking for and he immediately offered to get it. Tim is not a salesman,  he like Drew and Nick dont recieve a commission. Tim helped me out if the kindness of his heart. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that heard my son ask if he could get in a car on the showroom floor. But he quickly opened the door to let him see inside, he also spoke to my 6 year old everything my son saw him and waived. Never once ignoring him. He was not my sales person. I didn't catch the name of the woman with the beautiful sleeve tattoo that spoke to my son on multiple occasions in the 3 or 4 houra we were there. I highlight those interactions because it made a positive impact on my son. I  sat with my 3 and 6 year old at the nightmare lot for 3 hours and not one person acknowledged me or my kids.   I went to Oakes with my eyes on a 2015 Durango...(if you get it you are lucky that Thang goes. .ok) and left in 2023 Sorento.  I couldn't believe it myself. I hugged the guys so tight. They heard me, they listened, and did their best to get me approved for the durango...but worked out a miracle. I waited for the punked cameras that never came. I went to sleep thinking I was dreaming.  But I went outside this morning and realized it was all real.   Thank you Zach for emailing me... Thank you Drew for making me feel heard and important the moment we met. Thank you for encouraging my son. Thank you for talking to him and identifying with his intellectual gift. Thank you for not giving up. Nick thank you! Thank you for working things out for me beter than I could have imagined.  Thank you for getting me  brand new car..that I can afford. I wanted an all wheel drive with a V6 for reasonable power. My wife wanted an suv type vehicle that wasn’t too large. This XT5 has been perfect for us.

My wife Lori and I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler through Victory Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep. We worked through the Internet Sales Manager, Todd Shaw and then one of the salesman, Randy Hughes. We had top notch service. I highly recommend this dealership. They made two excellent hires in Todd and Randy. They are both customer service driven and on their game. I appreciate their humility and their ability just to be authentic human beings. I know that this industry has been greatly effected by COVID-19 but our transaction went well and their follow-up was excellent. I look forward to referring friends and family to these two and knowing that they will be treated well and that they will get a vehicle at a fair price. Love, love, love my XT5! it is so beautiful and rides great. Love all the features. I've owned it for about a year now and traveled many miles to different states with absolutely no issues. I would most definitely recommend this car!

Everything was explained before repairs were made. I was able to call with questions and Malik's response time and knowledge was excellent. Getting a loaner was an easy process. I will definitely be going back in the future!!

Excellent service quality work on time the staff was friendly the show room was clean, the coffee was fresh, and so were the donuts I will be back if I need to have any work done in the future, I will recommend this dealer to everyone.
