I brought my SRX in for a detail job after a friend got sick in the front seat. The area around the incident was done very well but there was a lot of missed areas such as door trims, glove compartment, storage compartments around the license plate light and trim above the license plate, roof top and trim. This is my second detail job at Bellevue Cadillac. All in all they treat me well, but the quality of the detail work could be far better. Especially when I'm paying for my own rental car.
As always, the service and the experience was excellent. Professional and personable staff with a dedication to excellence. The automobiles are fantastic; however, the staff makes the difference in why we have selected Doug's Cadillac over other dealerships. From the owner to the support staff, this dealership is excellent. We have leased cars from Doug's for many years.
I live in Los Angeles California and I bought my car over the internet my salesperson was Robert Deutch very honest he represented the dealership in the most professional manner again I bought this car sight unseen and I had to rely up on him he made me feel very comfortable in this process he gained my trust and he delivered 100% satisfaction most sales people get a bad name so I'm writing this review to tell you that he's one of the best in the business and I appreciate it. I also had the opportunity to deal with Oscar and Michelle and Randy and I've never had a better experience in buying cars and if I ever need another car I'm going back to Seattle Washington and visit Doug probably over the internet.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. First they did an inspection of the damage, to make sure they ordered the correct parts. The parts were ordered, and I received a call when they came in. When I dropped my car off the gave me a loner car, and the next morning recieved a text that my car was ready. Overall it was a good experience.
I was in a car accident just a few days ago which totaled my car out so i need a car i always wanted a Cadillac so i started searching for one i checked many dealers websites and Larson Cadillac has the best prices
I went in to Larson to check out a Cadillac i really liked on their website the price and mileage the car were perfect for what i wanted

I just got a pre-owned SRX from Krystyna and very much appreciated for all what Kystyna and Larson Cadillac team had done for me. Since I just started living in the USA, I could hardly make myself understood in English. But she was so patient and tried to listen to me carefully to get my exact needs and preferences. She and the team are always thinking of customers first. At some dealership, I was taken advantage of language and cheated to purchase unnecessary options or warranty as if they were mandatory. It never happened at Larson Cadillac. She and the finance manager Terry guided me very helpfully what process I needed to go through to purchase a car in the USA.
Kelly Adams and Bev Cain made our experience very positive. The last time were were car shopping was when we bought the PT Cruiser that we traded in. We left without some of the items from the PT and a quick call to Kelly was all it took. When we returned with our cashier's check the items were in a bag waiting for us. We only received one key and one valet key. But once again a quick call to Kelly and our key will be waiting for us when we return the Forrester for the new windshield. (The windshield is cracked but will be replaced as part of our transaction, no charge. Plus we get a loaner car to use.)
