From out of state going to Cleveland Clinics the air conditioning in my Cadillac quick working , I call them on the way down they said to stop by and they see what they could do !! One hr later I left there with it fix !! Great job service dept

Purchasing a new car is stressful to me; however, VanDevere made the experience pleasant and took some of the stress away. I found Rita Furino, Bob Berger and Joe Caspary very helpful, honest and friendly. The facility was welcoming and it had a wonderful area to discuss the car, wait for needed paperwork and make the necessary business arrangements that I needed. Nice people and they not out to scam you and thats rare very rare. They are very up front and gimmicks or game running and they let you decide what you want to do instead of just trying to get paid if they sell you a car.

Purchased vehicle from Dave Towell Cadillac through Bill Woods. Start to finish process was great! Never viewed the vehicle in person; purchased on internet. Vehicle was delivered and look pristine. Found minor issue with armrest on captain's chair in second row. Took it to local Chevy dealer for repair and Dave Towell Cadillac covered the repair cost in full. They certainly we're not obligated to take care of the cost of the repair as the agreement for the delivery of the vehicle was 'as is'. They however stood behind the vehicle with integrity. Thank you to the service department at Dave Towell and Bill Woods! My local Chevy dealer said what Dave Towell Cadillac did for us was basically unheard of and the service department at Dave Towell was phenomenal to deal with- seamless. The appointment took a little longer than I thought, but an electrical connector needed to also be replaced. I was able to get my car in for service the same day that I called, which was great since I was leaving on vacation & needed a headlight replaced. I was able to work thanks to your WIFI & the car wash was greatly appreciated. Thank you
We returned to Dave Towell Cadillac because of the experience we had with our salesman Ted Davis. Ted is a low key, experienced gentleman. We did purchase a beautiful extremely low mileage used STS. Murphy's law did come into play and we did have a problem with the car immediately. I called and Ted came to work on his off day and made sure that we were taken care of. I will hold judgement on the service department until we get our car back By all means, visit this dealership and ask for Ted. He will treat you with respect and be certain to match your needs with the car you need.

The car buying process was easy. Carl had helped us with a test drive a couple of months ago. When we decided to buy a honda, we made sure to make an appointment with Carl. He was very helpful and nice to work with on our visits.
James Callender met us and guided us through the process of selecting a Forester. Then, he kept us posted as the car we specially ordered was prepared and shipped to Ganley. When the day of delivery came, James and Jim in finance efficiently processed our purchase, and I was off...very excited to have my comfy Subaru! I love the feel and the visibility it allows while driving. A big hit, al in all.
