2023 Cadillac XT4 review
Just purchased my 2023 XT4 and I love everything about it! I purchased from Cadilac of Mahwah in New Jersey and I could not have had a better experience! They were wonderful!!! Super easy to work with, no issues at signing like I have experienced at other dealers. The whole process was super easy! Hate car shopping but this overall experience at Mahwah Cadilac was incredible! The car itself is so deceiving it looks small but the interior has so much room the options are amazing! My 6 foot three son even commented how he is no longer feeling squished like he was in my previous SUV. Highly recommend the XT4 and Cadillac Mahwah and trust me I am not easy to please!!! My sales representative was Paul the manager and paperwork was with Cirillo and they both went out of their way to be so helpful and attentive!

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

I observe all employees including the amount of time spent with customers or just in the customer area. Happy employees are going to give customers a better experience.
2024 Cadillac XT5 review
This is the 3rd XT5 I have had and I think it is a great car for the money. perfect size with enough room for most everything you would need for trips or just around town.

I was involved in a terrible car accident on March 4, 2026, driving home after work, the driver of a Nissan came out of nowhere, he failed to stop at the stop sign and jetted out of a parking lot in front of me causing me to collide into his vehicle T-boning into his vehicle, I didn’t have time to brake, all I saw and heard was crashing noise and my airbags deployed totaling my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox, I hadn’t had a car payment in five in a half years, I was left in shock and heartbroken, we all say what we want to achieve in life however the Lord has his own plans. My daughter Deidra and Seven year old granddaughter Journee-Reign, met Mr. Lance Noel who’s a wonderful warmhearted caring salesman, I shared my story with him, he listened and understood the message, Mr. Lance allowed me to test drive the MLC 300 and without delay I was sold, Mr. Lance Noel knew exactly what my heart wanted. Mr. Lance introduced me and my kids to Mr. Steve, his manager who was even more heartfelt and caring, Mr. Noel and Steve gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse, my MLC 300 arrived from Texas on March 9,2026, Mr. Noel called me and told me that I can come pickup my vehicle. We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!
