3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Extremely pleased with our sales guy Ross, and everyone there. Process smooth and quick. Highly recommend the dealership it self and staff. Car was extremely clean inside and out and for a used 2014 BMW 328 Xi it showed like a new car and priced right. Thanks Ross you made my sons first purchase on his own leave smiling ear to ear.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Super people: Service Supervisor, Austin Ryan made somewhat overdue maintenance and repairs an absolute breeze and great experience. Sprinter Specialist, Justin got my Sprinter 2500 Diesel Crew Van (purchased new in 2012) handling at its absolute like new best. Seriously my 2012 feels like a brand new vehicle. And if you want your vehicle(s) running right as rain then this organization is it. I am so happy I can bring my cherished high-top to receive absolutely thorough diagnostics. I received straightforward recommendations and got top notch care. Totally recommend this organization. What a find! Thank you for taking such good care of my vehicle.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

The people in the shop were excellent, except for I had a low tire and they didn't catch that. It shows on my receipt that they did a 27 point inspection? Wouldn't that include my tires? When I asked the cashier what some of the inspection colors meant, she had no idea and wasn't interested in helping me find out either. Other than that everything was wonderful, I got my oil changed.

This is the 3rd XT5 I have had and I think it is a great car for the money. perfect size with enough room for most everything you would need for trips or just around town.

Third time now purchasing from Ryan Auto but my first time with the new dealership in Monticello. Great folks there and very responsive to specific needs we had for a new company vehicle. I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

This was my first car shopping after getting a divorce. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle from them. The staff is friendly. I have a 1 year warranty on a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. I had problems with my vehicle and had it towed to them. They found more items wrong and fixed them. They even attached my license plate for me. I plan on coming back when I need my next vehicle.

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

I really enjoyed my experience buying a new Kia Optima from this dealership. They had very good prices below Blue Book value and even gave me additional rebates. I live too far away for regular maintenance needs but had to use their repair facilities for a couple of recalls on my vehicle. Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I had purchased a 2009 Mazda 6 the car was in good condition and the interior was spotless i asked about maintenance, and they showed me some maintenance history, and went above and beyond and installed new battery and some other things, Mark and Chris and friendly and professional, i would definitely recommend.

I Love the comfort and relibility of this vehicle. With regular maintence should last me anouth 10 years. I also like that it is cheap to insure. The only reason I bought it was because it was the original Escalade.

La Croix was very helpful, I never felt like I was being pushed into anything, he just answered all my questions. Allison Burnham, the Finance Manager, was also nice and helpful. After I purchased a certified used vehicle, I had a minor issue within the week. I notified them and they took care of it, no questions asked. Cornerstone is probably the all around, best car dealership I've purchased from.
