On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
I have 1100 miles on this vehicle. Fuel economy is outstanding 20-21 mpg. Lots of torque, more than enuf power around town. I have a 2500 hi roof, 144". The radio is only fair. My biggest gripe is the left armrest on the door, it actually hurts your arm! Remedied by gluing a hunk of 1/2" hi density foam to it. My other gripe is the central locking system, annoying, confusing, I wish there was a way to defeat it. Having said all that it was expensive, I did get the extended warranty because of issues I have heard about years earlier with other Sprinter lines. Now that Mercedes is the sole seller since 2010 perhaps the quality and service will be better. So far, so good, very carline to drive, much more civil than my Mitsubishi Fuso.

2013 Ford Transit Connect review
I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

2015 Ford Transit Connect review
I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.
