I had a slow leak in my tire. They found a nail in it and repaired guickly, effciently and it didn't cost me "an arm and a leg".

the 8 speed transmission is flawed, major shudder/vibration issues that have mine in the "lemon" category. 4 trips to the dealer for repair and no solution in sight. Come to find out this issue has been chronic for years with 8 speeds and GM still cannot address. Sorry I bought this vehicle.
These guys are awesome the hooked me up and kept everything in my price range I'll have to go see them when it's time for a new vehicle! Without a doubt! Greg is awesome no pressures no hassle, good guy! The GM is cool too!

I like my 2017 Colorado. only thing, they can't fix the shudder. I have taken it 6 times. they think that I'm going to trade it. I want my truck fixed!
Mark really took his time to understand my family’s needs and point me in the right direction. I ended up purchasing a 2019 Traverse. Thank you SO MUCH Mark!!! You were the kindest salesman I have ever worked with.

I have owned over 20 trucks in my life so far and this truck is so far the most rugged and yet most comfortable one i have had,,it fits in my garage even with the zr2 off road package
I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.

Looks great, very comfortable truck to drive. Can't wait to take it home. Salesman made me feel right at home and I felt very comfortable working with him.
This is my first midsize truck and i am quite impressed. I have always owned full size trucks for the power and towing. With the v6 engine this smaller but capable truck does the job very well and the gas mileage is great 24 HI way 19 city You do give up some space in the bed and the cab but I feel the performance more than makes up for it Plus a great entertainment system back up camera easy to read gauges and one quite smooth ride
Jason Pham took very good care of me on my new car. Took care of my issues and concerns. I was in and out. Very good personality and humble man. I would definitely send customers his way. 2 thumbs up to him and this dealership.

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Tommy Meehan was great he assisted in the whole car buying process from the beginning. He showed me vehicles told me all about them and what options they had and walked us through the whole process.
Will never buy a Chevy Colorado again!

I will never buy again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. My remote start will not heat up the truck sufficiently. After complaining about the defroster not getting hot, I was told it takes 40 min for that to happen. So if you live anywhere where the temp gets below 32 this piece of junk will not defrost or thaw out! Only buy if you can store in garage!

Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!
Outstanding........ Can't wait to do it again over and over and over again this is my Dealer for life!

This truck not only has a classy body style for good looks, it is also powerful, durable, and reliable. Giving the best of both worlds. Would like to get more millage efficiency, however it gives a smooth ride, great handle, and versatility.
The service department at Novato Chevrolet is SO great. All of the service managers are so great and I love that they value my time and always get me in and out as soon as they can.

Takes a bit getting used to the extra length, but I'm more than happy with the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to me. Sunset Chevrolet in Sumner, WA., gave me just what I wanted and all that I needed in a Chevy Truck!
This was my first experience with Victory Cheverolet, and it was definately a top notch experience. I was having problems with my transmission and was referred by Jeff Pariday of Pope Valley Tow and Repair. Dealt with Dennis in the Service Department. Very professional. He had me bring in my 2006 Silverado for diagnosis. His department did a inspection, not only of the transmission , but the overall condition of the truck. I picked up my truck in a matter of days and have been driving my vehicle for a number of weeks now without any issues. Will definately bring my truck back for future services. Paul Eskesen

It is just the right size for everything- hauling, traveling and going out to dinner. The full size trucks are overrated and gas guzzlers. I'll be buying another one.
Service was in response to a recall notice to reprogram the Sensing Diagnostic Module (SDM) on my 2014 Cadillac XTS. It was to fix a situation where in the event of an accident that was not severe enough to deploy the airbags, certain actions, such as unlock the doors, turn off the HVAC and fuel pump, might not happen as they were supposed to.
I dropped the car off, walked down the street to a restaurant for breakfast and by the time I got back the car was ready for me.

My wife used to have a H3, I sold it and was in the dog house , since GM no longer builds the H3 any more I got her the next best thing , the Z71 crew cab. She loves it with a 3 inch left kit, the truck still handles great and I won't worry about her in the winter time driving snow ice packed roads.
