The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.
Luciano is a person very dedicated to his work, is attentive, listens to your needs, answers all your questions, gives you options, the most important thing for him is that you leave happy with what you buy.

We went to look at a used truck here. The sales person introduced himself almost immediately and began asking questions to help us find what we were looking for. Already had a truck in mind based off the website. We went for a test drive and he was very helpful with all of our questions. The manager and sales rep spoke with us after the test drive and were more than willing to work with us. I did not have that good gut feeling about the vehicle and they were definitely understanding. While we did not purchase the truck, it was a great experience regardless. I cannot rate them on service. The facility was nice but seemed a little crowded and not personal (deals made at open tables with many other people around).
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.
This dealership was great overall! I worked with both Joe and Ryan and both were very professional with outstanding customer service. Joe helped me in picking the right car within my price range as well as the features I was looking for. I was VERY satisfied with my 2017 Chevy Cruze LT. Ryan in financing was great, he helped me get the best deal as well as give me financial advice that really helped close the deal for me. These two together gave me the confidence in buying from this dealership, it's no wonder they have a lot of repeated buyers, my family included.
I walked in knowing what I wanted to see & buy. Deciding whether to go new or not was the issue. I decided to go with used. I am happy I did! Joe Grahovec helped me first by going above and beyond in finding me the best car within my price range. He found me a great car with very little mileage and all the features I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of the cars and had great customer service. Ryan Sitter was the finance manager that helped closed the deal for me. Not only did he give me an incredible closing deal but he also gave me GREAT financial advice about insurance and ways to save money. I have been taking my Hondas (wife and I both have one) to Muller Honda of Gurnee since it was Rosen Honda back in the late 1990's. They always provide great service. Even when I would bring in my wifes old 1995 Civic with 250k miles, they always treated me well and I never felt looked down upon because " It's that guy again with the really old car". They were always very professional in evaluating my newer Honda or my wifes really old one and offering practical repairs. Meaning, I didn't experience a bunch of up-selling to fix problems with my 1995 civic that did have a few leaks and such but would not be worth dumping a ton of money into such an old car. My wife has a new 2018 Civic now and I am expecting the same great service I had in the past.
