We had in mind a date that would work for us to replace our 2006 Prius that had 213k miles on it. I kept tabs on all the local area dealers for a red 2018. As the choices narrowed, I got in contact with Cody Pavish by email. He answered my questions and in late November set up an appointment with us to test drive and purchase. Craig Schaak led the negotiation and on November 30th we drove home in our new model. The whole team was pleasant to work with, they gave us full explanation of warranties, accessories, safety features....I will recommend Bommarito when I can and also hope to add a Tacoma to the family sometime in the future. The dealership is clean, bright and friendly, the shops are clean and we actually had fun there.
Purchased new to us, used Lincoln MKZ. Owning an older MKZ we were knowledgeable and happy with the vehicle. The newer model with all the electronics was very confusing. Our sales person, Drew. Friends, walked us through the processes of setting up the necessary electronics. Took great care making sure the vehicle was cleaned and ready for delivery. Andy was OUTSTANDING! When I arrived the cars I wanted to test drive were already started and waiting for me. My mother also complimented Andy for his professionalism and fun spirit. The facility was clean, and just like home with an assortment of snacks and beverages while you wait. All of my needs were met on my purchase and Andy has surely earned my next car purchase (already!).

Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. Great experience at Carmax at Mid Rivers in St. Louis. We were looking for a low mileage 2014 Toyota RAV4 and we found the SUV we wanted on the lot. In total it was the fastest we have been in and out of a dealership after buying the SUV.

My wife and I went into the dealership to find out what my payment would be if we financed the remaining balance owed on two 2015 Kia Soul Base Model cars that the lease was up in May 2019. While I never got that information, Shannon made an offer to basically over pay us for our vehicles as the dealership was "low on pre-owned", to get us into brand new vehicles. So I looked around and was interested in the Niro. I liked the Niro FE due to the combined 50mpg and my wife liked her 2015 Soul so much she just wanted a brand new Kia Soul. We started the paperwork, My wife and I both went for test drives and after we got back he informed me that the FE trim of the Niro was not able to be leased. He said because of that error the manager will get me the next trim up, the LX for the same lease price offered on the FE. More paperwork was done and we closed the deal. Shannon. M was the reason I left with 2 brand new cars rather than my 3 almost 4 year old ones. The only thing that was not great was the fact that my wife and I were there almost 6 hours total. I don't know why it took that long but it did. My wife and I have had our new cars for a week and we both love them. Shannon. M definitely deserves a raise and a promotion with the skills he has. He was super professional and courteous. I hope that when my lease is up in 36 months, that I can work with him again.
