Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

Car came as advertised, minus one issue with rusted brakes that we discovered once we got home. Otherwise they were extremely professional and helpful! Any small problems we found were fixed immediately

I inherited this car when it had 118,000 miles on it. It now has 348,500 miles and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. While I have replaced several parts, nothing was out of the ordinary and all due to normal wear and tear. Otherwise, I have kept up routine maintenance which is key no matter what you drive if you want a car to last. The only gripe I have is the blind spot. Since there is no warning light regarding cars at your side, I always look in the side mirror and turn my head to make sure no one is in the lane next to me before I switch. Low and behold, I still somehow miss seeing a car on occasion and have had a few close calls but thankfully no accidents.

This is a great car but after 3 years I started having problems with the stability track, I would standing still at a light or making a turn and it would stall and even loose power, this is very frightening, I took it to the dealer who charged with $2000 to fix it and less that one year it is doing it again

After much copious research I bought a 2019 Malibu LT from Diamond Jim’s, my first experience with the dealership. Joe and Perry were knowledgeable, fair, and easy to work with—no high pressure tactics. No need to haggle and browbeat the staff, either, for a deal. The price of the car was previewed on Carfax, given “a good price” rating for its overall specs, and proved so upon inspection with no hidden after-market products to jack up the published price. Too bad there was no Diamond Jim’s when I bought my first used car way back in the 20th Century from a different dealership that filled the transmission case with sawdust to make it run smooth for a month.

This car has everything I need and more! I love the Android auto and the Apple Carplay. Such luxury! The screen is so easy to use and great for a hands-free drive!

Bought this car used just over one year ago. I've put brakes all around, and a few oil changes. Car needs virtually no maintenance, even at 255,000 miles and going. Great value for me. Mpg, interior, and handling are nothing to write home about, but everything on the car works as it should. Highly recommend for a functional, reliable car. Maintenance is everything

I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

The Lot was clean and presentable, there was plenty of info displayed on each vehicle. We weren’t pressured to buy anything, Gary was very helpful and gave us the space to make my own decision. Once I decided, they made sure the total price was in my price range, and made the final paperwork a breeze to get through. Doesn't look great on the exterior honestly, but it definitely can when you get the higher trims. However, the interior is spacious and has comfortable seating, simple controls and amazing sound quality for your music. I got one with the column shifter and double bench seat, which is really nice when you need to squeeze all your buddies in the car. The Camaro derived V6 is punchy, full of life and lets the car rip to your hearts desire. Still, I average about 34 mpg when I drive, so it's quite fuel efficient, especially for a large American car! Also has a massive trunk to fit more stuff in. I simply wish there was more aftermarket support for modifications.

I really like the Chevy Impala, and this is the last year the last year that they will be produced. The trunk space is outstanding and it handles very well on the interstate.

We bought a Toyota Sequoia and noticed a couple of things that were a little off like the mirror the motor was out. They also did an inspection and found the back window did not go down so they ordered all the parts right away. Customer service is excellent! I bought my 2020 Premier in December, 2019. I have owned Impalas since 2000 and buy a new one every 3 years. They are reliable and comfortable and I love big cars. This one does not disappoint. I also have a 2018 Premier with 40K miles and it has no issues. Had to replace all 4 tires at 20K miles which I thought was premature. Other than that the car/s have performed perfectly. Too bad Chevy cut the brand. Now everyone is buying SUVs but I don't like them and would never buy one. Ditto for electric cars - they are not yet ready for prime time.

I just bought this car 2 weeks ago with 125,000 miles for 4,500 hundred dollars. After a week it didn't start. So I took off the negative battery waited for 30 minutes and it started right up. I guess the computer needed restarted. It's been a week now and it has started every time.

I bought my car new, 13 years ago. I am 74, I had my first car at the age of 16. I had used cars and new cards, none like my Impala 2012. The only thing I have had done to my car is regular change of oil. It only has a 75K miles because we always had another car bigger to accommodate my 6’2 tall husband. I still have my car. The only fault with my car is the radio. About the 6 year in, the fm is not always available so I carry CDs in my car. But we had a hail storm that might have damaged the ruff rubber that covers the antenna around the roof of the car. I love my car and although I have taken good care of my car I have take it way over the speed limit and is still as reliable as day one. Bought it new in Ithaca, NY at the Chevrolet dealership.
