INFINITI of Clarendon Hills review
I reached out about a vehicle for my son. Bailey was quick to respond and was able to answer my questions. She connected me with Alex, who was an incredible salesman. Alex went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. He was professional and kind through the entire process. I was impressed with the whole experience. Every staff member we engaged with was professional and courteous. There was no stress and no pressure. My son is happy with his purchase. If was personally in the market for a new or new to me vehicle, I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I had a perfect experience at Zeigler Chevy in Schaumburg. The service department was amazing in getting my car fixed. The service advisor by the name of Phil was so professional and responsive to my needs! I would recommend him for anyone looking for a personal experience in needing a car repaired. The car was fixed in a timely manner and for a great price as I was given quotes for much more money to have my specific repairs done at other dealerships in my area! I will definitely be a returning customer for any future service needs! Thank you to Phil and the service team a Zeigler Chevy!!!

2023 Chevrolet Malibu review
We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj

Auto Select review
They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.

I LOVE the malibu... never had any issues. This is my third one ('16, '21, and now a third and last '23, love it so much. Definitely keeping it since 2024 was the end of production.
