Came in for a oil Change and also got a 7500 mile service maintenance with visit.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I purchased my Malibu LS almost a year ago and remain very satisfied with this vehicle, it looks very classy, it is very fuel efficient, it is very peppy with the 4cyl turbo engine, this is very good more basic transportation compared to other brands, if your not hung up on having all the bells and whistles buy this car!!!

It's a good car. Bought it used. I bought it with 84000 miles, now has 111,000 miles. Main computer had to be replaced, and was done under warranty. I replaced the brakes myself at 104,000 miles, and they were the original OE GM brakes the car was born with. Seats lack support, but I bought a leather cushion that helps. The back seat is really tight, ok for small kids. My fuel economy in the city can get to 23 mpg if I don't use the AC. It gets worse city mileage in the winter too. Highway mileage, the car does well, 34-35 if I drive it right. I think for a reliable used car, it's ok. They are cheaper than the Japanese competition. Rides and handles well.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

My experience was great. Darone Spears was so patient with me as this was my first brand new truck. Did not pressure me and talked me through my decisions. I would highly recommend working with him on a new vehicle.

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

Out of all the cars that I have taken for a test drive. The 2025 Chevy Malibu is the best. It has style, it drives and handles well, and has some awesome features to go along with it. But more importantly it is a by name it is one of the most reliable vehicles you can buy and never go wrong.

Bought the Malibu RS trim, I like the looks better than the LS/LT and it's also slightly less expensive. This car really hits the mark for an economy car. I get 10mpg more than my old 20mpg V6 twin turbo Taurus. Cheaper to run than my old car but not nearly as fast.... but that's what you give up to get the better fuel economy. This car has a CVT transmission and that forces a different driving style than a car with a normal transmission. You can't do heavy throttle starts, you just get a lot of noise and not much speed. It feels like the trans is slipping when you floor it, and it probably is. However if you start slow and then roll into the throttle it will actually push you back in your seat. Overall good performance, you just can't expect to drag race with it. Very nice as a stylish people mover.

I have owned the car for about 15 months. It is a good car. There is an issue with burning a little oil. This is a known issue. I almost traded it in when I realized the oil consumption issue, but I stuck with it. I add almost a quote every two gas fill ups. I purchased it with 62,000 miles. I am a salesman and I put nearly 30,000 miles on it in the past 15 mos. Mostly highway. I had to repack the bearings in the rear wheels. This set me back about $1,200. Not good. Other than that, the car has been fine. I plan on driving it another year.

My wife and I found the slightly-used Nissan Leaf at Cars.com and were sure that's what we wanted. But we didn't want to drive to Waukesha from West Bend, so we went to the WB Nissan dealership, also part of the Russ Darrow empire, and people communicated and cooperated and the next day the Leaf showed up in West Bend, we took it for a spin, and we're now its happy owners. So a big Kudos for the friendly and helpful sharing of resources. Beats defending your turf(s) anytime.

I've had my 2022 Premier for about 6 months. I like it more than I want to - I was waiting to buy a Cadillac later this year! I saw this Premier (2liter turbo) that was new last October with less than 4k miles (and 20+% under list) and could not pass it up. It's comfortable, quiet, handles well and is OK quick. It has heated rear seats, which I don't need but no power tilt/telescope steering wheel or power up pass. window. Fuel economy is spot on it's EPA rating. I have 2 small complaints. (1) the radio, set to Sirius/XM, will change to 97.4 FM - no warning/no reason. My local dealer updated the radio software but this stlll happens. (2) At the same instant the dash pod winks out...then comes back. Weird but I'm not gonna sweat this. Overall a nice GM product.

i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. It's good value for the money! The performance is very good for the price tag. The interior is very comfortable with a soft beige theme. The dashboard is dark brown, which looks good with the beige seats. The ambient lighting is not so bright, but it looks good. The driver's seat is electronically adjustable, which is pretty easy to adjust. Bought it in 2016. It has been more than six years with it! And no problems with anything. It's definitely not the most comfortable car, but it's worth more than the price. Its 3.0L engine for the full feature model gives an outstanding performance with 0-100 kph times of around 7 seconds, which is pretty good for a 1660kg car. Drove it more than 160,000 kilometers. Definitely one of the best cars for its price in every aspect

The whole Lynch Ford team was great throughout the entire process. They found me my perfect vehicle even though they didn't have it in stock at my initial visit. I live in Illinois and was searching for a jeep wrangler. I looked all over and found a jeep at the Used Car Factory. Contacted the dealership and talked to Joe and set up a time to look at it. Everything was there as Joe said and ready for me. Joe was very helpful and let me take my time and didn't give any pressure at all. I ended up leaving that day, contacted the dealership again and talked to Jay, Joe's brother. I set up a time to come and take the car to an outside mechanic for a 3rd party review. Jay was totally agreeable and was easy to work with as well. I feel I was treated very fairly and Joe, Jay and Dean (Dean is another member of the team) all were very open an honest. Buying a used car means there will be some issues with the car, after all it is used, but I feel very confident in recommending the Used Car Factory. Joe, Jay and Dean all work as a team and are all straight shooters. Bottom line is they seem to work by the golden rule, Do unto others as you would have them do to you. They will treat you fairly.

2014 Malibu has been the perfect car. 355,000 miles and still going strong. Only minor repairs (wheel bearings, 1 O2 sensor and a valve timing solenoid), all preventative maintenance, and 33mpg lifetime average. Drivers seat is worn but all else is still in good condition.
