This truck has more usb and power points than u can use . It does not ride like a truck even being a 4-wheel drive. The radio is smarter than me but give me time. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this truck

From the minute you park your car and walk into the showroom you are greeted kindly and attended to promptly. I had the pleasure of working with Santiago he was my salesman. Very attentive very knowledgeable about the Mitsubishi brand. I also worked with Cody who really worked hard to get me into a new vehicle. Finally wrapping up all the paperwork was Ray. He was very patient with all of my questions and made me feel at ease. I say Mitsubishi all the way!!

Had a 2014 Silverado and loved it - just wanted to get the 6 passenger option in a LTZ with a Z71 package with larger wheels. The 2018 has this and much more (e.g. trailer brake gain, sunroof, rear camera, front and rear proximity alert, heated steering wheel, sliding rear window, auto dimming mirrors, etc.)
As he always has, service advisor Chuck Griffith again went above and beyond for me providing exceptional customer service rarely found anymore these days. He understands that a premium ownership experience drives customer loyalty. I called him to make an appointment for a passenger power seat malfunction on my 2015 X3. He called to my attention that my warranty was going to expire in just 3 days. I thanked him, but told him there was no rush to get an appointment because had purchased an extended warranty from Germain BMW earlier in the year. He quickly reviewed the documentation for on file for my vehicle and reminded me that the extended warranty has a $250 deductible. With a genuine customer focused sense of urgency, he was able to schedule the service appointment for the we following day and provide me with his personal loaner vehicle which we needed because were rushing around with Dr. appointments, etc. prior to flying back to Milwaukee for the holidays, and have only one vehicle her in Florida. I am extremely grateful to Chuck for everything he did to save me $250 with such a small window of opportunity and making it so convenient for me. Like he has in the past, he made me feel like I am his only customer. And as a valued Germain BMW owner, he returns that loyalty with unparalleled service, support and convenience. Accordingly, my rating is a ???slam dunk??? 5 stars, and even higher if your rating scale allowed.

This truck was my dream of owning when I retired. My dream came true in Feb 2017. I retired from civil service May 2016 after working 38 yrs. I got my 2017 Silverado LTZ. I enjoy driving it and feel so comfortable even in my short height (4'11"). It is very dependable and very truck looking in shiny black. I an still receiving compliments on how the truck looks brand new.
I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that lasted me through high school, college drives back and forth from Tampa back to Fort Myers, and more college. Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.

Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. I have 2003 2500 4x4 with 260000 miles on it that rides better .performs better handles better and is twice the truck this 2016 Silverado 4x4 is. It is just a beautiful peice of expensive junk.
Randy Eilert helped make this experience a delightful one for me. I had not looked for a car in many years and due to a accident needed to find a car in a short period of time. So, the pressure was on. I had decided to visit every dealership I passed in my travels. Which I believe I did! Volvo was the third dealership I visited. I met Randy outside of the dealership and he immediately made me feel right at home. He listened to everything I had to say about what I was looking for in a vehicle, price etc. For the next few days, I continued on my journey. After visiting more dealerships and test driving many other cars, I decided to go back to Volvo. Not only because I felt the car was a superior vehicle, but because Randy spent so much time with me and answered all of my questions over and over again. Randy is a true professional and knowledgeable in all things Volvo. Rocky Rycenga was extremely helpful to me and he is an asset to this dealership. Everyone at this dealership is friendly, courteous and has great customer service. Wanted this truck since my dad bought one. Great quality, very comfortable ride. 327 engine is slightly less impressive than the 350 engines in the older silverados. Notice a grab in the transmission when letting off and reapplying the accelerator, but mechanics say its the nature of that model. Otherwise very satisfied.

The vehicle rides well and performs well, however its way to pricey for the current economy. I chose to pay for it so that s on me. Overall great ride.
I had what could of been a disastrous experience. Thanks to Carlos that didn't happen. I got the vehicle i really wanted at the price i wanted. And although i cant in good conscience recommend their service department the guys up front from sales up to management should be commended. They all made sure my needs were met. Thanks Grant motors. Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. I needed a new bulb for my taillight. I was helped by Alicia. since my other representative, Mike retired. I am a 90-year-old customer and have a 20-year-old Oldsmobile. You have taken care of my car for the 14 years I have lived in Naples. Alicia was so kind and helpful.

I have always driven Silverado. I will not own any truck but a Silverado. I traded in my 1996 Silverado when I bout this one. May be the last one I ever buy. Best truck brand in the nation.
Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.

It has plenty of leg room and comfortable. It doesn’t get very good gas mileage and I’ve only got 14,000 miles on it and the tires are wearing out.
It was a great experience. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Joe, Jay and Luis were all great.

As always, vehicle was great to drive. Looks like a cats’s butt sewed up with a grape vine! How can the car company I have always loved screw the apperance up so very badly? I am done with my beloved bow tie since my first 62 Chevy. Very sad indeed! They have even managed to mess up the Camaro in its appearance after an excellent 2010 reintroduction. The grille now has to be shipped in by rail due to size and the competition with Lexus and Toyota. The 2019 HD truck will make most Chevy fans throw up a bit in their mouth at first glance. Every new vehicle I have ever purchased has been a Chevy or Pontiac. I am planing to just fix what I have until I pass. I would rather walk than drive most boring, identical, ridiculous vehicles offered today. Impala was the last decent car offered by GM. Sad!
