I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .

In this case I went in for an oil change and drove off with a new car. Needed major repairs on the old car, so decided to inquire about a new one. Because they have built such a great rapport over the years, they know me and what I want. A few questions, a quick test drive, some paperwork, a handshake, and off I went in my new 2017 Lacrosse.

Buying a car can certainly be a hassle, but my husband and I had a great experience @ Prime. Our salesman, Phelan, worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we were happy with. He responded to our questions via text and email promptly and was extremely personable, even agreeing to a Fortnite danceoff with my 9 year-old. Although we live over an hour away from the dealership, we will certainly look to Prime when purchasing our next vehicle.
Went to Paul Masse Chevrolet to road test a 2019 Equinox. The sales person Paul Dragich was very friendly and detailed all of the option packages available. He was a very low pressure guy and treated us like we were royalty. Paul went through all the details on each feature of the vehicle, very very knowledgeable. We purchased the Equinox that we test drove. We will absolutely be back to this dealership To see Paul when we are looking at another car. We are also interested in the new Chevy Blazer when it becomes available and are on a call list to test drive one. Besides, he???s a Red Sox fan!
From the moment we arrived (used the clean bathrooms), we knew this dealer was professional. They are experts in Chevy. While I???m used to all the typical tactics that car salesman try, I didn???t find that here. As most consumers today are knowledgeable, we knew what we wanted, and all the prices were right in line with market values. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
Excellent service. Not your typical ???car salesman??? dealership. Everyone we worked with was extremely nice and helpful, never pushy. We worked with sales rep Vinny, he was always there when we had questions. If we ever need to buy a car again we will most definitely be back! Highly recommended.
After researching in the newspaper, and a quick look online for inventory, I returned to this dealership (and the same salesperson) where I purchased my 2013 Volt. I went for a lease on a 2018 Volt for a number of reasons. The whole process took about 2-1/2 hours and I was on my way in my new car. Very efficient process.
Purchased a vehicle from this dealership about 18 months ago. Have been back to the dealership 4 different times for service - twice for "included service" (oil/filter change, tire rotation and "complimentary" car wash/vacuum); once for engine code (bad fuel injectors) and once for tire replacement. Routine service was good, though not difficult to change oil and filter and rotate tires. The wash/vacuum done during the 1st visit left dirt streaks down the sides of the vehicle, and VERY dirty windows - so much so that we needed to wash it and clean windows once we got it home. Second routine visit, it was wet outside so no wash. Vacuum both times left much to be desired - my 7 yr old could have done better! Dropped off truck for engine code, were told we would be notified of diagnosis. WE had to call at 3p - right before Memorial Day weekend (hadn't received a call yet) - and were told to come pick up a "rental"-they did not know how long it would take to get the parts for the repair. Told at that time we would be contacted when they had received the parts to install (on backorder). They called - again at 3p - to ask us to come get the truck... on a friday afternoon just before Memorial Day! It's a good thing we didn't have other obligations or plans! As far as the sales side is concerned, the salesman we dealt with during our original purchase no longer works here. He was great! BUT... after purchase, signing all paperwork and driving away in the truck, we were called and told we "forgot to sign something". We went back, finance layed out more paperwork and told us we were getting an upgraded warranty for less $ per month. What she DID NOT explain, is that she had extended the payment term an additional 3 months! So, for $5 less per month, we are paying 3 extra months "for a better warranty"... BUYER BEWARE!! (I know... should have read ALL the new papers...shame on us!!) We are told she is no longer at this location.
Sean was excellent in taking care of my needs in an emergency situation. Going so far as to provide transportation to my home after the deal was made, which was an additional hour for him. Matt was very quick with the paperwork as well.
Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.
Brought in my 1984 Corvette for a window regulator replacement. They no longer make replacement regulators and you have to retrofit one from a later C4 model. I brought my own part and was received right away. Mark was very informative and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Even though the job is notorious for being annoying, the tech did a fantastic job, and everything is working perfectly. Additionally, the window glass was cleaned, and the door panel was put back together with care before I received my car. Overall it was a great experience and I would trust them again with an unconventional job. And a big thanks to the tech
I contacted the dealer about a 2013 Honda Accord Sport listing. In the photos the Accord had non-standard wheels with snow tires, but the listing included the OEM 18" Sport wheels. It took several calls to the dealer to establish that the vehicle did not include the oEM wheels, just the snow tires on small wheels. A week later the listing still includes the erroneous 18" wheels. Not having the correct wheels makes this vehicle worth several thousand dollars less than its listed price.
The salesperson Ed Shine and owner Michael Lannan were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had visited two other dealerships who wasted a lot of my time. Within 20 minutes at Lannan I got more information, options, and satisfaction, with less pressure than in over 4 hours at the other dealers.
