It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

Have had my Chevrolet for one year and it is without doubt the best I've ever owned. Around town I get 18 mpg and on the road averaging 25 mpg with the Duramax diesel. Can fill up before my long trip and can go almost 600 miles before having to refill. Haul tons of hay constantly and it's like its not even there and the diesel brake makes stopping a breeze. Set cruise control and it will hold that speed up or down hill with the engine brake on. Love it, highly recommend it!

The service was exceptional! While I was worried my car wouldn?t get fixed or the repair cost, if my extended warranty didn?t cover the problem, Jon Key ensured me I didn?t need to worry. I asked Jon if it would be safe to drive my truck after explaining to him what was going on, Jon?s first priority was my safety. Jon was always professional and polite. The tow company dropped my car off at the wrong location and again, Jon, did everything he could to find my vehicle. After the tow company reported it was on the lot. Jon found my truck and called me to confirm everything. Again, The service was exceptional and everything worked out better than I expected.

This truck has the 6.6 gas engines. I Don’t usually tow over 10,000lbs, so it has plenty of power for my needs. I like the size, but parking can sometimes be a challenge. Can’t comment on reliability, but so far I am pleased.

Transmission was giving us issues along with DEF, Brakes and engine sensors going off. Dropped my truck off and picked it up 2 days later. Nick was (and is) great to work with and kept me up to date all of the time.

Our truck 2024 denali duromax quit on the Florida turn pike below Yeehaw junction in the middle of no where. On star never sent any help and was useless. We paid to tow the truck to tow the truck to Dyer Chev in Vero Beach where they said they couldnt look at the truck for atleast 4 days. I called Woody Folsom and he immediately sent a roll back truck from Baxley Ga to Vero beach Fl. Fixed the fuel pump that GM knows is bad and delivered my truck to Tallahassee Fl.. the service provided By Woody Flosom made me a lifetime customer. Going from corporate dealerships where know one can help or answer a question to a Dealer that cares you had to put a driver in a room and then cared to take care of you is what we need more of.. During the car buying process from information collection, financing and follow up care, the Fairbanks Lithia sales and service people are wonderful. Service technicians perform great work. Service writers communicate clearly and provide options I take my Ford Truck to the Chevy dealership for repairs because Lithia can service/repair my truck within 2 weeks or less compared to the local Ford dealership.
