A great experience. Purchased a new Chevrolet Suburban Premier and it was loaded! Gene at Connell Chevrolet was awesome! Did not need a Sales Manager to close the deal nor a Finance Manager to sign the deal. Gene did it all! We were a Ford family (purchased an Expedition, 2 Edge's and an Escape in the past seven (7) years), but we have now seen the best of GM and will never go back!
Unreliable diesel truck

The 2500 hd gas version is reliable. However the 2500 diesel version is unreliable. My father had a 2014 chevy silverado 2500hd with the duramax engine. It broke down often. He hardly used it for work. Mostly just for weekends to go out . Never pulled ,towed or hauled anything with it. The reason he finally got rid of it was after the fuel system had a problem and it ended up damaging the internal parts of the engine . Factory warranty paid $8k to fix it. Luckily it was still under the 36k miles. So stay away from these duramax engines. The only reliable duramax engines are the ones made in 2006 .
Best ever experience yet! My husband and I happened upon OC Autosource on our way out to dinner for my husbands 57th birthday...all the beautiful luxury cars caught his attention. We decided to stop and look around, we were casually greeted by one of the guys, because thats what the atmosphere feels like, like your one of the guys. Tony came and introduced himself, very down to earth and easy going, non pressuring, yet very attentive as he took his time to show us a couple of cars (Bently in comparison to the Ghost). We eventually saw a car we had been wanting for years (2012 CL63 AMG), at the right price with very low milage (awesome deal). I told him I need a little time to make my decision and with no pressure at all he said no problem. Tony held the car for me, which gave me time to do my research.
Whatever we needed Tony took care of it. I was and am still please with my whole process.
I would recommend anyone to shop at OC Autosoure for your next car.

Rides great, handles excellent, will take on any job or obstical you put in front of it. Looks great and is very dependable. If you have the diesel it gets great mileage for your hard earned money!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Ride is excellent for HD 09 like too have beat me to death my 2017 rides like a 1500z71 with guieter cab and power to spare
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

First.....and last diesel, as this one will last. 100k now, and drives like new. Tows my rv like a dream. Expensive, but you do get what you pay for. My Silverado 1500 gasser was good, but not for towing in the mountain passes. This beast is built to tow! Keeping everything stock for now.
Juanita was great!!! She was very personable and extremely sweet. The process was very smooth and fast! I’ve already referred three of my friends. I drove from Santa Monica to Santa Ana, and I would do it again!!!! Thank you Juanita!!! I love my Dodge Journey!!!!
Very unreliable truck.

Bought this truck new. It only has 60,000 miles in 7 years. Everything works fine except for the DEF system for the diesel engine. It's been in shop 4 times for DEF sensors and each time cost me around $500 to $900 dollars to get it fixed. I will not drive too far from home because never know when the sensors will break. Never buy another chevrolet diesel.
The buying process was relatively easy with the no-haggle method. While I was hoping to get a little discount, the quality of the pre-owned cars they sell seem to be outstanding (time will tell) since the cars looked like they came out of the showroom. One of the reasons I didn't give them 5 stars is they should have at least dusted the car I bought (it was black so you can see the dust rather easily) and made some little effort gluing the plastic on the front grill where there was a really slight crack that's hardly noticeable. They could have also showed/highlighted the features of the car. Their sales staff are vey knowledgeable of the cars, though. I wasn't really looking to buy an Acura ILX but after the test drive, I think it is a good value for the price Auto Republic was selling it. Thanks.

This truck had everything! From working hard to around town, great truck! Very comfortable and great towing. Would recommend the Chevy Silverado 2500HD every day!
Looking for a used car, found a great car with low miles at a great price. The process was great and fast. Great people and no hassle selling.
Expensive to repair

When it runs right it’s not a bad truck. It’s comfortable on trips and looks good. How ever it is painfully expensive to have repaired. 90% of shop won’t even work on diesels and the ones that do charge a lot.
We needed to use a credit union to finance the car and because we are educators it had to be a specific one, this dealership was super helpful with all aspects of the buying process. They went out and actually pointed out all the flaws with the car to be sure we saw them and knew what we were getting (just cosmetics, but still...) Nice honest experience. I do recommend them if they happen to have what you are looking for, they are up front and easy to work with.

This truck was a Great Deal! Put it to work the minute I bought it. Spacious interior and the 8' bed was clean no rust.
I had such a great experience purchasing a car from this dealer! It was such an easy car shopping process. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

The most comfortable vehicle I've ever owned, it did not have a lot of creature comfort's, but the interior was designed so well and the seats were so comfortable I could fall asleep in them pretty easily. It was very bad at towing and lacked a lot of power, it was rated for 15,500 pounds and I towed 8,000 pounds, this truck seems like he could barely handle that
I recently took my vehicle in for repair to Simpson Chevy of Irvine. This is the second time I've been here for service. Both times I've e helped by James S. He is very helpful and friendly. I would definetly recommend my friends and family to come here for help with there GM vehicles. James provided the best customer service I've had at any dealership. Thanks
L5P Duramax has no comparisons

I’ve owned Ford and Dodge diesels in the past, nothing compares to the L5P. The truck is comfortable, quiet and has an impressive torque range. Have not had it long enough to gauge mileage, so far it compares to the LML when it was new.
Courteous and accommodating. I told them of the vehicle i was interested in and the price i could afford. They found the vehicle with the package i could afford, and just a few hours later, we had a done deal. My next vehicle will be from Hardin.
3 weeks later i ran into a minor paperwork issue and Paul was able to get me brand-new dealer paperwork without a hassle. Above and beyond after the deal was done. I recommend him to everyone who asks about my new truck.
Not up to advertised standards.

Ok rig but not reliable for $60K. Over $10K repairs in 7 years. Bought code reader to see if ok to continue. EGR, TURBO, $7K my pocket.
