2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 review
Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

We were looking to replace my wife’s vehicle and went to a couple of different places looking for a vehicle. Schrier was the only dealership we went to that actually addressed her about a vehicle (it was for her after all). While they did not have a vehicle on the lot that met our needs, they spent several days looking for one and communicating with us about options. After a few days they found something that they could get from out of state that looked good on paper, but would take several days to get on-site. Our sales person (Stewart), did a great job of communicating with us and providing timely updates. The vehicle was delivered to them, but there was a discrepancy on what they had been told (and told us) and what was delivered. We were able to discuss and in the end made a deal that we believe was fair. Chuck (sales manager) and Stewart were both very personable and never felt pressured to buy something we did not want. In fact, they said they would rather not make a sale than have us be unhappy with a vehicle or the process. In summary, we believe we were treated well, communicated to well, had a fair negotiation, and were delivered an excellent vehicle. We will absolutely check with Schrier again when we are ready for our next vehicle.

However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. highly recommend Huebner! I went purchased a new 2022 Subaru outback but while looking at the lot I saw the Crosstrek and changed my mind and wanted a Crosstrek. They only had the one on the lot that someone was purchasing. Rob Forbes was able to hold us a Crosstrek that was coming in on the next truck. The Crosstrek was delayed but this was not the dealership fault, they have no control. Rob kept us up to date on the arrival of the Crosstrek. When we went in the paperwork was already setup and ready to sign with finance. Rob took the time to set up all apps on our phones and explain all the bells and whistle of the Crosstrek. We used to have a 2018 Subaru Legacy which we traded in for the Crosstrek. We purchased the Legacy at Huebner whenever we need service, we had no issues getting the car in for service, and They always checked for any warranties. Overall, I highly recommend Huebner as each department works with the customers. I will return to Huebner.
