2025 Chevrolet Suburban review
OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

2011 Chevrolet Suburban review
In 2013 we purchased a 2011 Suburban Chevrolet LTZ 7 passenger seats it’s the best purchased we have ever made . It has 99,000 miles we are in 2025 and it’s running like brand new. We haven’t spent one penny except for regular breaks and oil maintenance . I will never sell it , I will run it to the ground changing the parts that will need maintenance ! You can tow we use it for our fishing boat , it’s so spacious and the mileage for this size truck is pretty darn good ..

We arrived to Henna Chevrolet at the end of the day. My wife and I were greeted by Christian who talked with us and asked us what we wanted. We laid out our expectations and they found the 3.0 Durmax Diesel Chevrolet Black 4x4 Silverado in Houston and traded to get this truck delivered with 24 hours. No other dealer offered this…we were told “we can’t do that.” Christian, Joseph, and Henna Chevrolet took a chance and got the vehicle without having a guarantee we would buy it. Once the truck arrived at Henna Chevrolet, a very fair offer was made. Now comes the monkey wrench to the deal. My wife said let’s get a Chevrolet Silverado Diesel 2500 HD LTZ in black with all the same features as the Chevrolet Silverado Durmax. Needless to say I was excited but, felt bad because Christian and the team went all the way to Houston for the Durmax. I called Christian and said hey…do you have the same truck just in a 2500 HD in black. Christian’s sales flexibility was clearly demonstrated as he shifted and said to give him 15 minutes and he would call me back. Well as they say is history….Henna had the 2500 HD & we closed the deal. Thank you Christian, Joseph, and Henna Chevrolet for making a dream come true!

2023 Chevrolet Suburban review
Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
2023 Chevrolet Suburban review
Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

2022 Chevrolet Suburban review
Ordered a 2022 Chevy Suburban LT 4x4 with the Diesel Engine. Absolutely love it. Great power/performance, and we're getting 20-30 MPG. Average for the first 3,200 miles has been over 27MPG. Drove from Michigan to Florida and back and the diesel eats up the mountains. On the flat part of Florida 2 lane highway we managed over 30mpg. Extremely comfortable, plenty of space, and nice safety features too. Great ride and handling. If you need a big vehicle the Suburban with the Diesel is your best option.

City Limits Subaru was the greatest. Car selection was fantastic. Even better was everyone at the dealership was above and beyond any other auto dealer. The staff was attentive, respectful, very efficient, knowledgeable and, no pressure at all. No pressure with the sale of the vehicle or the finance department. I told my Mom and Dad there was an easier way. Will was our sales person and he reached out immediately providing me with all the vehicle info. We agreed to meet with him the next morning . When we arrived at Sewell, Will greeted us and was so friendly and kind. My parents were overwhelmed with the dignity and respect this dealership showed us even though my parent’s barely speak English. They have always been intimidated in high class places but they felt so welcomed- like family. Before you start thinking - Oh it’s because they bought a Rover… no they didn’t , they bought a used Chevy in pristine condition. The most impressive take away is that they didn’t treat us any less than their usual client base. They offered to wash the car and do an oil change and deliver it to her home the next day. All I can say is that Sewell Land Rover North Austin deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service and to thank Will for having the the most genuine care for us. I hope all dealers would learn from this dealership … It’s not always all about the money. I am positively certain the next time I look for a vehicle I won’t be going anywhere else.
