We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. Had engine issues but GMC resolved. Love the air ride. Handles well on the road. Gas mileage is typical for these suvs. Love my truck

Jon and his sales team were the most amazing. In the last 25 years that I have been dealing with dealers I?ve never seen a smooth and awesome experience in buying a car like the one I met at Mercedes of McKinney. I really couldn?t believe until I experienced it. Jon initiated the whole process via text messages and we actually concluded the sale process before arriving. I have visited previously three other dealers and I was getting mediocre and outright horrible service in getting the car I wanted. the third row seat was the difficult part. The car was only available out of state. Other dealers were asking transportation fee. Jon not only waived that but added incentives to switch from Porsche to a Mercedes. I made a mistake of not knowing that my lease is still up with Porsche in four months. He was able to arrange payment for those last four months. It was really an amazing service. Highly recommend.
