Only dealership I trust! I have purchased a few cars here and came back again! I love their service department as well, which was another reason I wanted to come back for my next purchase. This time I worked with Jim, and he was so easy to work, making sure I got exactly what I was looking for, all with no pressure! He kept my options open and let me come to my decision on my own without any pressure whatsoever. In fact, I ended up choosing the very first car he picked for me ! I also can’t forget about Bree, who went above and beyond to make sure I was in the right hands. Best dealership in Monmouth County.

World Volkswagen of Neptune review
I had a great experience working with Joey at Volkswagen of Neptune. He was honest, informative, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options so I could make the right decision. If you’re looking for a salesperson who is knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely wants to help, I highly recommend asking for Joey. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thanks again for the excellent service!
2020 Chevrolet Traverse review
My 2020 Traverse is awesome .It is the best traverse I've owned yet . I love the quality of the interior and the color on the outside is beautiful. With all the upgrades it has I feel really proud when I drive my car somewhere. It definitely gives me a lot more confidence with all the safety features it has.

J&S Autohaus III review
I had an outstanding experience working with Henri on the purchase of my dream car. He was highly responsive, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. Everything was handled efficiently and smoothly, and the level of customer service was exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Henri and the entire JS Autohaus team.
2020 Chevrolet Traverse review
I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

Mike the owner came up to me and we had a conversation we went into the office all they can tell you is Mike and his wife Diane made this transaction so easy. Dave introduced himself while we were looking at base Tacoma?s on the lot out front. Explained stuff about the truck. Didn?t pressure me. Gave me his mobile number and said if i had any questions to text. Very nice experience. Then I went over to the used and saw this 2024 Tacoma and texted Dave. He brought the keys right out and we took it for a test drive and i loved it. Bought 2 days later. He went above and beyond to assist and make sure i was satisfied. You have a great sales person!

2020 Chevrolet Traverse review
Great SUV, every option including color looking for. Drives and rides great. First SUV after always driving sedans and coupes. Made the right choice. Plenty of room for 7 and stuff.
