I bought a 2018 Traverse new. I still have it in 2025. I bought it because it was an inexpensive truck. I have to say that it really grew on me as I have owned it. It is very reliable. I had only 1 check engine light after 4 years and cheap to fix. It runs great! Its fast and has a super comfortable suspension and interior. The stereo has a really good sound. It holds a lot of cargo at Costco for me. I take beach trips (total 7) with my gf and 3 children and their friends and everybody fits! I also tow with it. My son has a 16 foot Boston Whaler that it pulls no problem. Strong at the boat ramp as well. This is a great versatile truck and I will probably buy another one after 10 years. I am very pleased 4 stars for this truck. Almost perfect. Improvements: I would like a better and bigger touch screen and real usb hook up in car.

I love a Cadillac, they very quick to help me…. Wonderful, but with finally asking my husband to check out- he knows we can’t afford the luxury cars—- took me a week to grieve but will pray for ? Better fit- I also had my sis mechanic read the car fax & the want the car to get fixed there—- more than I.can $

Had a flat tire on our 2022 Jeep Cherokee, vehicle didn't have a spare tire or fix a flat. Mike at Ryan's front counter was super to work with and found that we had roadside assistance. Got me the phone number and had the vehicle towed to Buffalo. Mike also ordered the fix a flat that was suppose to be in the vehicle when purchased. Service repaired the tire in a timely manner. Be nice to keep your price down getting to high and didn't do everything

I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

I bought 2 cars from this dealership: Ford Explorer 2015 and Acura TLX 2019. All selling services were very professional. I was given all papers and pictures of the cars before they were repair (if needed). I hate buying vehicles at dealerships. We found an Explorer we liked here and were able to test drive it fairly quick on a busy Saturday. RJ helped us out even though he was the finance guy, as the other sales people were occupied. He was very knowledgeable, easy going and had experience doing many things in the world of car sales. After we decided to buy it they let us take it home while paperwork was processing as we needed a vehicle due to totalling a car accident with a deer. That Tuesday my wife and I went to to sign the papers. Overall we spent easily half the time to purchase a vehicle that large places require and received a very good rate. RJ went above what I'm used to with service and even gave me his personal phone number. He did extra work to find us a better interest rate than we were quoted initially. It does have a very small office so I rated the facilities lower. Also if a few people are there it's busy but they do a good job of dealing with it. So if you don't want to deal with hassles and don't have much time check them out. It's a small lot owned by Tenvoorde. I was nervous about that at first as I wondered if they would dump cars here they don't want to sell at the dealership but that doesn't seem to be the case. You get the benefits of the maintenance department of the big dealership with the experience of a small lot with very good and laid back sales people. I'm going here first the next time I need a vehicle. Also, some of their vehicles are bought from Arizona. Nice option if you want to avoid salt. To conclude, this small lot is great if you don't like going to a big dealer, desire a clean used vehicle, and don't have time to spend all day on the purchasing process.

I decided to go with the Chevy traverse and not the Chevy Tahoe.I own two Chevy Tahoe’s.And after the the problems we had with the engines and the traction control and stability control always popping on,I swear I would never buy another Tahoe.So we decided to go with the Chevy traverse and I was shocked at how much more room there was in the backseat compared to the Tahoe and right now so far so good

Let me first say I am a very pragmatic, simply looking for a commuter car to replace a vehicle destroyed in an accident, and had been searching for a few weeks for a used car, and came across Cornerstone online. After weeks of dealing with sales folks who were the “classic” car salesman, trying to sell me cars at twice my budget, I was directed to Hakeem at Cornerstone. He listened to my needs, was attentive, gracious and patient. Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

I currently have 158,000 miles on my Traverse . I bought it six years ago . It has been through my two kids and their permit driving . To driving my kids to school everyday for five years . We love twenty miles from town . I have always kept the maintenance up on it . I plan on driving my traverse till it is done . Chevrolet really did their homework when they made the Traverse . It has satisfied my every need in a car . I love the power , the quite on the road . The gas mileage for the power you get out of it . The comport for traveling . The ease of handling. I really love the Traverse .

We have only had it a few days , Initial impression is good . Very comfortable to ride in and this is only the LS version . Probably the only midsize SUV with a V6 that you can still get for $33000 . V6 runs well , can't speak to the mileage yet as it isnt even broken in yet but should get 27-28 mpg out on the highway with a 9 speed auto . As of right now it shifts well . Really like the two tone interior . Has soft touch vinyl . Probably a few. spots on doors where the vinyl is a little hard and looks a little cheap it does not bother me . Exterior wise I like the LED headlights which seem to work well enough . Also like the LED DRL's which turn amber when you put the signal lights on . also has LED taillights and reverse lamps . Interior had LED reading lamps and interior lamps . The auto stop/start has a button to turn it off . This was a must for me . A deal breaker if it did not have it . It is down next to the shifter . The seats on mine are cloth , very nice lighter tan and the cloth is very tough material which should not wear out . Very happy with them and they are reasonably comfortable . The second row will recline a little though not as much as the first row . The second row is a bench type seat as this the LS version which is the cheapest one . Even this version has Blind spot and lane departure warnings, accident avoidance system,Lane keep assist Rear cross traffic alert . These aren't something I really wanted and will actually probably turn them off as I don't need the car manuvering the car on it's own . As far as long term reliability only time will tell . Initailly I see no issues with the car and everything seems to work though I havent really gone thru all features yet , I hope to get 10 years and 150000 miles out of this without a lot of trouble . Don't let me down Chevy .

Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. I was feeling confident about purchasing this vehicle. Kent was nice to inform me he would not be on site, so I met Kip who was just as helpful. I offered to put down a deposit, but Kip indicated no need it will be held for you : ). I came back with my 2013 trade in vehicle, and received a great deal. I have NEVER in all my years of purchasing a vehicle from larger establishments, been as impressed as Bedrock Motors made me fill. Thank you.

I have now had this car for over five years, as the second owner, and have over 275,000 miles. It's not as comfortable as Suburban, and doesn't handle as nicely as a mini van, but most of the issues to this point have been cosmetic or fairly normal for the vehicle category (suspension, etc). I have the most basic package; The interior is showing wear, and the driver information center's light sensor has been acting up for a while, but it still gets us where we need to go.

I purchased a '11 DTS from them and they were very great to work with. Let me take the car for a drive by myself so there was no pressure and I could look it over as much as I wanted. Very easy to negotiate with and I got it at the price I wanted. Even stuck around late to finish the deal even though they had a family function to get to. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

I bought the Traverse used, and I couldn’t be happier with this Chevrolet! The gas mileage is great for such a big vehicle! It’s smooth and Quiet, and does long distances very well! We went from Atlanta to Houston and got 29 mpg average combined driving! On some Texas roads it still rides a bit like a truck when sleeping in back, but so smooth and quiet when roads are not broken up!

Very spacious, I have 3 kids (two are teens) and a doberman. We all fit with plenty of room left over. Powerful and quiet, infotainment system is above average. No complaints.

Nice car with a smooth drive, interior and some items could be improved when talking about a Premier version, as the back seat of drivers side does not lift for a 3 row passenger to get in. The one I bought unfortunately the rear camera and parking system was not working after a week, which I took to dealership for a warranty review, a new system was ordered, but so far it has not arrived yet after almost a month after and I still not have a date to when it will be fixed.

Clean facilities, exceptional customer service and very accommodating would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for repair service or buying a new or used vehicle.

Just bought a used 2019 1 owner with 30,000 miles great ride,plenty of room, rides really well. Rented one a few years ago for vacation and it rode great, really good gas mileage.
