I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

I had my crv recently serviced, bought new from Valley Honda last year, had a few issues and they all took care of it, when the initial work did not fix the problem, they gladly took it back, they offered me a loaner and even delivered the car back to my home once it was finished since I live about an hr away, they even inspected the brakes and found something wrong it and fixed that as well! Will definitely go back to Valley Honda!

Joe Rizza Ford LincolnReviews
Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln review
Great experience salesman was awesome. Took only two hours from the time we got there till the time we were driving off the lot bought a really nice car for a low amount of money.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

Honda of LisleReviews
Honda of Lisle review
I bought a new Honda from a dealer closer to my home- had a horrible experience back in 2015. I decided to drive for service to Honda Superstore in Lisle, and wished I had bought my Honda initially from them. Service is top notch. They care about the cars and the people that drive them. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. Plate that bears the name- Honda Superstore of Lisle. Thank you Brad Brost and Brent Reeves.

The entire process was exceptional. I worked with Djamal Oucif and he made my car buying process seamless. I knew what I wanted and Djamal listened and executed without being pushy or gimmicky. The finance folks were also a pleasure to work with.
