Stefan in finance was also very professional. He explained the optional items, their cost and coverage and let me make my own decision yes or no and was not pushy on selling me additional items I had no interest in. Would definitely recommend this dealership and will not hesitate to buy from them again.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

From the beginning, Eric Jensen stood out as a highly professional and straightforward salesperson. There was no pressure, no games—just clear communication and a focus on getting to a fair deal. The negotiation process was especially smooth since we aligned early on a target price and handled much of the discussion online, which made everything efficient and hassle-free. The financing experience was where this deal really exceeded expectations. Stellantis was offering 0% financing for 36 months, but Eric went the extra mile and was able to secure 0% for 60 months by matching me with a vehicle that better fit my needs. Eric also found that my employer had a supplier agreement with Stellantis, which secured me an additional discount from the manufacturer. That level of attention and willingness to optimize the deal—not just to close it—made a big difference. I also want to recognize David Didier, Finance Manager, who was great to work with during the final steps. He was efficient, clear in explaining the paperwork, and respectful of my time—no pressure on add-ons, just a smooth and professional closing process. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most transparent car-buying experiences I’ve had. The dealership operated with a high level of professionalism, and Eric’s effort to find the best possible outcome really stood out. Overall Purchase Rating: 10/10 I’d strongly recommend Wickstrom CDJR—and especially Eric Jensen—to anyone looking for a straightforward, customer-focused buying experience, particularly if you’re balancing family needs with towing capability like I was.

Mike & Alfonso listened to us and fought for us. They gave us every deal and break they could and made it a great experience. We weren’t expecting to buy the brand new 2025 Kona, but it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Not only a great vehicle, but the peace of mind that comes with the warranty, maintenance services, and follow up weeks after purchasing, that made us feel cared for. Months later, I have a new job that requires me in office 5 days a week after working from home for 5 years. After test driving terrible used cars elsewhere, I bring my wife back to see their used cars, feeling as though theirs will be in great condition for a great price. Jim in sales (with Mike’s partnership), again, heard my story and my needs. Showed me some used cars, but made a better deal for a brand new Elantra Sport trim for about the same monthly cost as a used car. Again, fought to give us every deal and break they could to make the numbers work for our life. Went in looking at a 16 Cruze & 18 Malibu, they sold me a brand new 2025 Elantra and couldn’t have felt better about the decision Jim, Alfonso, Mike…Thank you for everything. You made a harrowing ordeal feel so much easier than I could imagine.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

Also allowed me to take a couple of Outlanders for test drives. Also worked with Jim the credit manager to close the deal. He also was personable and put me at ease during all the forms requiring my initials and signatures. OVERALL, I give Darien and Biggers Mitsubishi an 11 out of 10. And look forward to working with them in the future.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.
