I'm a senior citizen and if I hear a noise I'm not familiar with, I drive out to Meyer Motors and they check it for me immediately, Just recently I heard a noise in the rear of the car and they immediately took it inside and checked it. The heat shield was loose. They took it off, and ordered me a new one. They are absolutely the best...….

Friendly salesperson. Lots of knowledge about the vehicle I purchased. Took very good care of me and my family. Made the buying experience unlike any other i have had. Finance was very easy to deal with.
We debated over the Chevy product and I appreciated how patient Heiser was in letting us test drive cars, SUVs and finally a pickup. We didn't intend to buy a truck, but the lease deal they discussed with us was just too good to pass up. And we love this Silverado. Thanks to Heiser for putting us in the perfect vehicle for two empty nesters. We're having fun.
Everyone at Heiser made me feel comfortable during my purchase of my new vehicle. My sales rep. Zene H. Hopper II,was very knowlegable ,and answered all my questions about the new Malibu i leased. When i went in to the dealership i didn't really understand,about what leasing a car was all about. The new car manager came in and explained everything i needed to know about leasing a car. I will definetly go back after my lease is up,and probably lease another Malibu. I would also like to thank the financial manager for explaining everything that i needed to know. She was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Heiser Chevrolet to anyone. It's a great place to find a vehicle you want.
I emailed them on a car to look at. They called to explain the car isn't available as major problems and going to auction. Then he offered other vehicles trying to help me find a used car I may be interested in. At the time, they didn't have a car; but so appreciated how they reached out to me.
We were at Neenah for a funeral - we live in Kansas. Our engine light came on during our trip to Neenah. Mark Bogan and his service team allowed us to be immediately serviced because of our situation. We were also provided with a rental car. Within a few hours of bringing our car in to Bergstom, we received atext message from Mark saying our car was fixed and ready for pickup. Mark handled our warranty issues and we were quickly back on our way. This was perhaps the most polite, quick and most efficient service that I have ever received - especially during a tramatic time for my family. Please give my heart-felt thanks to Mark and the service team.

Awesome, awesome service. The sales and finance guys are top notch. They worked with us for over fours hours to get us into the car we wanted. Even when we left with no car because we couldn't get what we wanted, they still worked until 8:00 at night and got us the car we wanted. They never gave up helping us. They are by far the best dealership ever. I will never go to another dealership ever. Best customer service I have ever received!!!
Buying used cars can be difficult, but Meyer was easy to work with and put me in the car I wanted with minimal fuss. I would have given a 4 star rating on customer service due to some slight mix-ups but they were quick to fix them and we're honest in the overall process. This, along with helping me find a different finance company to avoid one I didn't feel comfortable with earned that 5 star right back. Overall, I have been in my car for about a month now and haven't regretted my decision to buy from this dealership. I would recommend them to a friend if I need.
