This vehicle drives and rides so smooth, I love the sporty look of the exterior, there is plenty of legroom between the back and front seats, very roomy in the front
The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.

This car was what I need,It is good on gas.It has plenty of leg room.It's a comfortable vehicle. A good car and it was a reasonable price.our salesman was very nice and he loved to talk.

I like this truck a lot...the ride is excellent, and it handles like a dream...i wish it would accelerate a little faster, and it slides quite a bit in slippery snow conditions...it gets through deep snow great though...overall its an awesome choice...great family vehicle

This car meets all of my needs. It is great on gas mileage and drives smoothly. I love the interior design and blue tooth accessibility.
I visited Wickstrom Chevrolet and was helped by Sean. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge. Sean showed me 2 models, and we test drove both. Sean is an honest salesman. I have worked in the automotive industry for 14 years, and every word he spoke to me was truth. He was not overbearing or too assertive, as I have experienced with other salespeople during my adventures in car shopping. Sean asked me how I felt about the 2 different models I drove, and it helped me figure out which Chevy really sang to my heart. Though I did not strike a deal at Wickstrom, I thank Sean for helping me realize the Impala is the best car for me. I would definitely come back to Wickstrom next time I want to buy a car to give things another go.

There is plenty of room in this car. There are great features and everything is amazing. The downfalls I've found are that there's no auto-up button for the window and no mute for the radio. I'll get used of it soon though.
My family and I have bought several vehicles from Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet and could not be happier with the customer service of this team. Mark Conover has gone above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Jared Wickstrom was friendly and willing to help however he could to ensure I was satisfied. They are always so knowledgeable. They never rush you or push you to purchase something you aren???t 110% satisfied with it. They also are so personable and friendly. Great milage, bad traction & inadquate headlights

The worst front wheel drive car I've ever had. Lost traction at slow speed just in the rain! Lousy headlights, very difficult to see at night. Comfortable seating, but everyone had difficulty getting out - car sits too low. Paid a lot for it used, but doesn't hold value. Had a lot of recalls. Experienced more repairs than any other car. Large trunk but small opening, so could not fit anything deeper than a small cooler. Test drove the Impala prior to the Malibu - they both make a big clunk, like there is a log rolling around in the back during sudden stops. Would never recommend either car.
Had a check engine light come on at 72000 miles. Gjovik took care of it completely under warranty. I didn???t have to do anything.

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
I dealt with Mark and let me tell you he provided the most amazing customer service. I visited multiple different dealers throughout my car search and if I had started at Wickstrom I would have never had to go to any other dealership. Everyone was extremely helpful and willing to give the best customer service. Mark made my first car buying experience one I will never forget. If you are looking for a new car and a great car buying experience go to Wickstrom and ask for Mark!

The vehicle rides well and performs well, however its way to pricey for the current economy. I chose to pay for it so that s on me. Overall great ride.
Nice, friendly, and helpful service center. Our check engine light was on. They diagnosed it as a problem with the emissions and found that it was under warranty. We also had tires replaced.

Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. This truck has more usb and power points than u can use . It does not ride like a truck even being a 4-wheel drive. The radio is smarter than me but give me time. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this truck
I???m officially hooked on Chevy! The staff was so amazing, and made me feel so comfortable with my decision! Kathryn and Marco made me feel right at home! Not only did I get my Chevy Traverse, but my sister got an equinox, and both my parents will be getting their cars there!

Daniel was my service Advisor this time. Informed me on all that was included in my 10,000 mile Toyota Care Service Package and what I would receive. Work was completed in a timely manner As I was sitting in the waiting room, my Salesman - Adrian Gjergji came by and ask if I needed anything such as water, coffee and how was my Toyota RAV4 was performing, etc... I fell in love with this newly designed SUV. It rides smooth. A truly excellent vehicle. Big GM/Chevy fan. Chevy is the most dependable car company.

We love this car for our family! Lots of run!! My son loves all the cup holders and the DVD player!! I love how it handles in the snow!
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
