I bought 2014 Encore, great car, I have had to take in 2 times, the first time I just stopped in to tell them that my charging port was not working, Justin told me that my warranty would not cover a fuse and I needed to read the Manuel to change the fuse, He didn't even ask what warranty I had. I called to make an appointment to check the port, it didn't work, I had found a spot on the passenger door that had the clear coat peeling. They made an appointment for me I told them I needed a loner, the lady told me that I didn't have any credit with them, didn't know if I could get one. They ended up giving me one, I had to call Eric to see when my car would be done, he said it was setting at the paint shop waiting to get done, It was going to take 4 or 5 more days, He had the bright idea of telling me that if I made the appointment I might get it done faster! I made the appointment for a Tues. had to call him on Wed. to see where it was. Thursday morning I called again, He didn't call me back until I called the body shop to see where it was at. It was done! Wed. afternoon. So I have my SUV in the shop 2 times, not a big deal. But the advisors (Eric) need to treat people like they matter.
