Was just out and about checking into Subaru after reading consumer reports, Steven greeted me and was a big help in me deciding what I want to do. He answered all my questions and was not pushy like so many other sales man. I haven't decided what to buy just yet, but when I'm ready I'll be buying from Steven at Bill Bryan Subaru.
The experience was very pleasant. We were not pressured to buy a vehicle. Jesse answered all our questions. And we are very satisfied with the vehicle we purchased. Jessie is an excellent sales person.
Torry treated me very well during the process of buying my new Niro. I wanted an LX without any extras. They located one for me, the numbers were dead on at the delivery from what they said and I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received from everybody that I was in contact with.
Went to see a used Honda civic, and Jimmy " Superman" Hanlan was the salesperson. Took the test drive, and all good..No pressure at all, which made it a pleasant test drive..We didn't buy the car, but the the salesman was very professional, and followed up with e mails. I liked this dealership
At age 75, buying a car this year was not my first rodeo. In the past I have walked out of a number of dealerships, who's employees treated me as if I had a double digit IQ. I was in direct sales for over 50 years and I KNOW what I had to do to close sales. And, closing sales is the only way to get the money, which is why most of us go to work anyway. That said, I was treated kindly and with respect by everyone with whom I came in contact at Kaiser. I would buy there again.
Our sales rep Roy Day was excellent. He spent hours with me searching other dealers and the internet trying to find the car that I wanted. Delivery was swift and Roy did a good job of not overwhelming us with the operating details when we picked up the vehicle. He gave us the most important points and instructions and showed us where to find answers for everything else.
Another note I'd like to make is the excellent service department this dealership has. Lynn and the other service reps are wonderful. One of the main reasons we keep coming back, that and the low pressure sales pitch and affability of the sales staff. This is the fifth vehicle we have purchased from Kaiser and we will keep coming back. We like Buicks and we like Kaiser.
We always dread visiting a dealership. Pushy salesmen, inflexible management, poor selection, and hours going through paperwork. Not so wit Kaiser Buck-GMC. Our sales rep, Jimmy Hanlon, was courteous, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Management did everything possible to make our car buying experience the best. We love our new Buick Envision. Comfortable, quiet, and a pleasure to drive. Thanks to all the staff at Kaiser for making our visit memorable.
I live on Amelia Island which is roughly 150 miles away from this dealership. It was well worth the drive. Mike “Gump” got us a great price on a new Kia Soul. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We talked with Enzo, Gump, Monica and Jacob . Everyone we talked to made us feel like we were part of the Deland Kia family.Made car buying fun. We will be back!
I drive 70 miles to have truck serviced. Excellent service people excellent technicians. Have taken care of all issues. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
