I have nothing but praise for this amazing team! I went in with a 2008 vehicle that I was upside down on, not enough money for the down payment, and a credit score that was far from perfect. I truly didn’t think getting a newer vehicle would be possible. But they made it happen! I drove away in an AMAZING 2021 SUV! 🚙❤️ What touched me the most was how I was treated. Not once did they make me feel less than anyone else because of my credit or financial situation. They treated me like a five-star customer—honestly, they made me feel like a millionaire! The respect, kindness, patience, and genuine effort they showed me were unbelievable. A very special thank you to Husam (Sam) Aoufe, my amazing salesperson, and Tracy Brown, the Sales Manager who MADE IT HAPPEN! These two went above and beyond for me and turned what I thought was an impossible situation into one of the happiest days I’ve had in a long time. I walked in worried and uncertain, and I drove away in a beautiful 2021 SUV feeling like a million bucks! ❤️ Thank you, Sam. Thank you, Tracy. I will never forget how you treated me. You have a customer and a fan for life! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Donna was very helpful. She showed me a van that I was interested in. And then I decided I wanted to see a second one and she went out and found it for me. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles I wanted to know about and suggested she could help me in the future because I did not find anything yet.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

CarMax Phoenix-Gilbert review
I have yet to decide on the car I was looking at, but I was working with Robert and found him to be very professional. There were none of the high pressured sales techniques you expect and receive at most dealerships. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for someone who lives in Las Vegas. I have no reservations in buying the car I was looking at from this dealership. A refreshing change after dealing with so many "threatening" and pushy people in Vegas.

Olivia did amazing and helped us quickly. I brought a car here from Dan 8 years ago and now I’m back again. Thank you Olivia and Dan for being amazingly friendly and making sure we went home with a comfortable price and fit budget. Truly grateful.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I went to Chapman Chevrolet looking for a used car that my 4’ 10” wife could see out of and drive safely. Found a Jeep that seemed to fit and bought it, but then discovered a large blind spot. Went back the next day and bought a new Chevrolet Trax and they bought the Jeep back. After a few misunderstandings and changes we are happy with our new vehicle. I would like to thank Keyon Bryant and Luisa for their help and understanding. Also, thanks to Danny Ortiz for his professionalism with the final work. Mr Chase Gibbs was also very pleasant to work with. Thanks to all

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

A little more than we needed, but it has everything we need and then some. It should be comfortable when taking long trips. Like the SiriusXM radio.

Dereck's assistance as a service advisor is terrific. I was able to get in a bit early for an oil change and instead of making me wait for the scheduled time, he and Grant collaborated to squeeze me in early. Total time waiting was < 45 min. Price was as stated. Thanks y'all!
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I would like to say that the service department that i have had is to be commended. I especially want to thank Aaron Zemco the service advisor. I want to thank him for his great service, his kindness and help in getting my Jeep back in working order. Aaron I'm sorry this took so long in giving you this review, but you are definitely the best of the best. God bless you keep health and have a great year, thank you so much, Grayson Kidd

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

My recent shopping experience at Sands Chevrolet Surprise was fantastic and completely stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Limited is an amazing automobile. My wife loves it, and I find it to be more comfortable than the past three Cadillacs we have owned. It has so many features that I could never recall all of them accurately. LOTS of bells and whistles and conveniences are readily apparent while driving and/or riding! Highly recommend.

I have purchased probably 20 new vehicles in my life time, and by far this has been the best experience. Arturo Cervantes has been the best sales representatives that I have ever dealt with from any dealer. He was had a great personality, attentive, polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and truly genuine. I will refer all my friends and family to Sands Chevrolet, because of my awesome experience. I literally drove from California to buy this vehicle because a friend referred Arturo Cervantes! 5 Stars*****

I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. I live in the area so I stopped by Courtesy Volvo. I worked with an excellent young man named Mario. He took time to ask questions and find out what I was looking for in a vehicle and ultimately helped me land on a Volvo S60. Mario was patient, understanding and knowledgeable about the cars. It was a great car-buying experience, and I am going to refer him to all of my family and friends for their needs for new vehicles in the future. Great job Mario!
