Lorenzo was great showing me all the features in my new Mazda definitely recommend them if you want to buy a car !
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Liberty BuickReviews
Liberty Buick review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Justin Sgro at Liberty Buick! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my car-buying experience at Liberty Buick on Bell Road, all thanks to Justin Sgro. He truly went above and beyond every single expectation I had for customer service. From start to finish, Justin was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He listened to exactly what we needed and worked seamlessly within our budget, without any of the typical dealership pressure. I have never had a car-buying experience that was this exceptional, smooth, and genuinely wonderful. He completely changed the game for us—honestly, it makes me want to buy 10 more cars just to work with him again! If you are looking for a vehicle, do yourself a huge favor and ask for Justin. Thank you, Liberty Buick!
2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I would like to sincerely thank Tank Wallace at Bill Luke in Phoenix, Arizona, for his exceptional customer service. From start to finish, Tank truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. His professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. We especially appreciated him arranging delivery of the van all the way to California—an extra step that meant a lot to us. This level of service is exactly why we continue to return to Bill Luke for our work vans. Every experience makes us feel valued as customers, not just another sale. I’d also like to recognize Mike Wallace in the finance department, who was equally outstanding. He was clear, helpful, and highly professional throughout the process. It’s evident that Bill Luke has an exceptional team that works seamlessly and truly cares about their customers. Overall, Bill Luke consistently delivers top-notch service, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent vehicle-buying experience.

Excellent, got a loan with no money down. They were very patient and I wasn't leaving without the perfect car. I have to say they went above and beyond. D Angelo was great. Pre-Approved before I got there and all they did was attend to my requests. If I could I would give them 10 stars.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

my experience with new deal this evening was absolutely amazing here! sky was able to get me exactly what i wanted and lori was very helpful with all the paperwork.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

My experience so far has honestly been great. I bought a car here about two months ago and purchased their 6 month warranty. Since purchasing the car I have had a few unfortunate issues but the work has been covered under the warranty and the customer service from both Jordan and Jerry have been exceptional. I really appreciate them both because car issues can be very stressful but they have worked really hard to make this a good and stress free experience. Big thanks to both of them for everything.

Brown & Brown Wholesale review
Had a good experience at Brown and Brown sales this last week. Worked with Jordan and he got me a pretty good deal on a car I've been wanting. Helpful, friendly staff and didn't feel pressured to buy. Good vibes from everyone there. I would recommend to friends and family.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
OK well I have always owned a Chevy maybe five of them in my past. When the Pacifica came out I like the features of safety and the size room for everybody. Since I have had this vehicle I have had a couple of problems one problem that shouldn’t have happened until at least 50,000 miles. I have 19,000 miles on my car and I’ve had battery problems I am a little disappointed and now happy that I bought the extended warranty because I am afraid a bit of the future a little disappointed in the car. Hoping that from now on I shouldn’t have too many problems keeping my fingers crossed.

Olivia did amazing and helped us quickly. I brought a car here from Dan 8 years ago and now I’m back again. Thank you Olivia and Dan for being amazingly friendly and making sure we went home with a comfortable price and fit budget. Truly grateful.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

They said it wouldn't be the typical car dealer experience. It wasn't. From start to finish it took 45minutes. I have grocery shopped for longer than that! Price was great and felt no pressure from Sean! Thanks for the help guys.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
We bought our Pacifica new, and have had it for two years now. The only problem we have had, is a (tiny) paint defect on the bumper lip which happened during build, and is covered by warranty. No other problems. Pacifica is well thought out, with luxury to spare! Not only do I recommend, but I would buy another one in a heartbeat, were the need were to arise! Beautiful van!!

Hertz Car Sales Phoenix Bell RdReviews
Hertz Car Sales Phoenix Bell Rd review
I went and purchased a used 4runner from Hertz and it was EXACTLY what car buying experience SHOULD always be. I even got there a little bit earlier than the open hours but I was greeted right away by Joseph W., who from the very start, listened to what specifically I wanted and did not pressure me into anything that I didn't want/need. Joseph is an awesome guy to buy a car from. I am not a first time buyer, and I went expecting the classic annoying car salesman behavior, but never once, for even a second, did I feel like Joseph did not have my best interest in mind (That is something very strange in car dealerships). Once I was finalizing the deal and thought that the experience couldn't have went better, I even got a discount and free rentals just for being a Hertz Gold Member, awesome ! I would highly recommend Hertz, and more specifically this location due to its great team, to anyone buying a car who wants to know they are getting the best deal possible and working with truly honest people.

This is our second car purchase from Centennial Leasing. We will never shop anywhere else! Keith Campbell was great to work with. He was prepared with answers to all of our questions and there was absolutely no pressure/stress during the entire process. He listened to our objectives and even took measurements on the inside of the vehicle in our initial conversation to make sure that the interior dimensions met our needs. Well done, effortless experience!
2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Limited is an amazing automobile. My wife loves it, and I find it to be more comfortable than the past three Cadillacs we have owned. It has so many features that I could never recall all of them accurately. LOTS of bells and whistles and conveniences are readily apparent while driving and/or riding! Highly recommend.

Chapman Chevrolet review
I went to Chapman Chevrolet looking for a used car that my 4’ 10” wife could see out of and drive safely. Found a Jeep that seemed to fit and bought it, but then discovered a large blind spot. Went back the next day and bought a new Chevrolet Trax and they bought the Jeep back. After a few misunderstandings and changes we are happy with our new vehicle. I would like to thank Keyon Bryant and Luisa for their help and understanding. Also, thanks to Danny Ortiz for his professionalism with the final work. Mr Chase Gibbs was also very pleasant to work with. Thanks to all

Noticed some of the reviews on here for Rollit motors are not good. My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and we only have good things to say. We worked with Jaime the two times he was great honest, available and offered great customer service. The two vehicles purchased are still in perfect conditions. I highly recommend.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

If you are in need of a new or used vehicle ask for Mike Jackson! Our car suddenly stopped working and it was permanently broken. We were in a jam because we needed at least one car to share to get to work. Mike was able to get us not one but two vehicles by the same afternoon after telling him our situation just that morning. He is amazing and he helped my family in so many ways. Thank you Mike! I highly recommend this dealership and Mike for your vehicle needs.

I worked with Phuong (online sales) to secure my 2022 Tundra. She was great to work with, and I got the vehicle I wanted. I worked with five other Toyota dealerships, and BigTwo was the best in terms of Customer Service and deal making. I live in Tucson and prefer BigTwo to my other local dealerships. Thank you Phuong!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Since the first time I arrived to the dealer they were very helpful. And let's not forget Dillan, who was the one who showed me the truck.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
So glad I made this purchase. Very pleased with my Pacifica. Drives nice and I have lots of room and for a big van its easy to navigate. The remote start will spoil me along with the heated seats and wheel. I will not be trading this in anytime soon.

Awesome experience. Josh the General Manager and the entire team are great to deal with. Kelsey the sales associate and Elmore the sales manager were fun, upfront and very professional. Trevor in finance explained all of my options and helped me decide on the best way to finance my quality pre-owned truck. David Duffey the customer satisfaction director has stayed in touch to make sure everything is good. If you are looking for a world class purchase experience, go see the team at Courtesy CJDR!

Bill Luke SantanReviews
Bill Luke Santan review
I purchased a pre-owned Subaru which had a couple issues. Bill Luke's service center took care of everything promptly. Brad and the service center staff were great. Altogether, from first looking for a car with the sales staff through the final service appointment, I have only the highest regard for Bill Luke Santan.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Colton is absolutely the best salesman. Very knowledgeable and took care of our needs. It's hard for senior citizens to find trusting people. He was able to get me in a low mileage affordable car. Steve the store manager also made sure we had all the information I needed . Financing was smooth. I appreciate the care and thoughtfulness given
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Had the older SUV version Pacifica & never had a problem in 8 years, excellent on road trips. When the new version came out I was hesitant to go back to a minivan look (kids are grown) but we do many road trips a year and need room and comfort. We got a 2017 Pacifica which exceeded our expectations on road trips by far! We camp in the back, luggage on roof, fabulous gas mileage! Even went to each coast for xmas in heavy snow up in NH Mtns & the car did great (We drive appx 5,000 each trip) The bad-back issues someone mentioned...I don't get it, the lumbar is fabulous, the seats are comfy, lots of leg room (we are in our late 50's and climb all around in that car and on the roof, no problem). However two years in we started to have electronic issues, had to replace the big battery ($300 or so, all the flashy safety features suck it up) then the small battery. Lots of the "alert" signs appeared for various things, but there wasn't ever a real problem. (Hate to say it but we have a lot of safety features turned off, not once have I trusted a back-up camera, we are SO old school) Then 4-1/2 years in, driving down the road, the transmission went. NOT happy! The warranty was still good for it and it was all taken care of, but still...a 3 1/2 year old car?? But we're keeping our car, I LOVE my Pacifica! I do believe ours, a 2017, since it was the first year of the re-made Pacifica's, was trial & error with issues, we should've waited till 2018! I would absolutely get another!
