I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Service here was amazing! They aren’t pushy while you’re looking around, but are super helpful and responsive when you have any questions. I personally worked with Eric while purchasing my car and he was awesome answering the many questions I had throughout the process (thank you Eric!). Brought my Ram 1500 in for a recall service. . . .Will (the service guy) was fantastic - he arranged for a Lyft ride to and from my work, and offered a rental car if the work was going to run longer than one day. I dropped the vehicle off at 7, and got a text before noon that it was ready to go. They also send a short video text during the service showing the work being done. I will definitely continue to use Auto Nation!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

I wanted to commend the service department on their professionalism. I had Johnny take care in a recall for my Ford Transit Connect. They did an overall inspection and suggested a few services that should be done. He didn’t try to scare me to do them and did only the services I authorised after he took the time to explain how they perform the work. Upon picking up my vehicle Spencer who has helped me in the past was great in helping delivering my vehicle. I also want to thank Alex in Mobil Vehicle Service for setting up my oil change. I have be driving Chrysler products since 1968. This is my second Chrysler 300 and I love it. It is big enough, comfortable, and gets good mileage. Couldn’t ask for more.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

I found a nice looking vehicle and bought it sight unseen after speaking with John Sims. It turned out to be a great vehicle. The price was as listed and there were no difficulties or upselling attempts.

I actually have not been able to get to this location as of yet, but so far, the attention I am getting from the staff is great! I've been needing a "new" car, and they have what I want in stock....it's all just a matter of symmetrics now. I look forward to dealing with them in person when I find the perfect fit for me there.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
