2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. 2017 Kia Soul review
I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

2022 Nissan Sentra review
Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review

2024 Ford Mustang review
I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

2018 Jeep Compass review
I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. 2025 Hyundai TUCSON Hybrid review
Great everyday ride. Not a sports car by any means but has features that no other suv in its size and price can match. Leather seats are uninspiring - suggest they go synthetic with a nicer look and feel. Acceleration of hybrid is very good and appreciate no CVT tranny - prefer the traditional 6speed and front/back drive with no electric motor separately motoring the rear. This is my wife’s car and 2nd in 2 years - upgraded to the hybrid limited because the base engine is a dog and gets terrible mpg.

2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

2023 Ford Maverick review
Got my XLT with black appearance option in may of 2023. Well worth waiting for 8 months. Have had the best luck with this truck. Have 28,000 miles and main battery just got replaced under warranty. None of those recalls ever pertained to this truck. Couldn’t be happier with this truck. Non plug in Hybrid . Great city mpg and rides great. Recommend to anyone wanting a small truck.

2024 Acura Integra review
I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.

2022 Honda Ridgeline review

I have had a pretty good experience for the time I have been coming but this last visit warranted a review, which is the first one I have left, to explain how overly satisfied and pleased I am. I was having some issues with my vehicle that I wanted to get looked at to see if they were repairs that needed to be done, after I expressed my concerns to Drew he immediately made me feel at ease and informed about the services and repairs needed to resolve all of my concerns. He gave me several options with cost effective options and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed or taken advantage of. He kept me informed via text message and called me when they had other recommendations. My questions were answered in great detail to where I had no concerns about work being done nor did I feel lost about items being taken care of. He was so friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable that I will be using him from now on and also informed my parents about him so they can use him for their Santa Fe. 2022 Jeep Compass review
Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

2024 Lexus NX 350h review
I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.
