He didn’t just try to sell me a truck; instead, he made sure to understand exactly what I was looking for, from towing capabilities to comfort for long drives. He explained the features of the 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning Pro AWD Automatic in detail, and based on my needs, it seems like it could be a great fit. What really impressed me about Tray was his approach to customer service. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about finding the right vehicle for his customers. Over the years I have bought/leases a fair number of vehicles. You have those good and bad dealerships, but it's rare you get the good fortune of dealing with an exceptional dealership. I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time.
