We needed a used car sooner rather than later. We have bought two trucks in less than four years at Courtesy through Jason. We went to Jason to ask what to do about acquiring a vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about what is on his lot and helped us out. We walked out with an excellent used car and excellent customer care. Courtesy Ford will treat you right, and ask for Jason!

Kenny Gaines was outstanding throughout my Ford Bronco purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right vehicle without any pressure. Kenny answered every question clearly, kept the process smooth, and made me feel confident in my decision. His customer service and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend Kenny to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!
2024 Ford Bronco review
More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

Mobile service option was an overall great experience. The convenience of having the tech come to me was incredible. I didn't have to miss work or fight traffic to get to the dealership. Jonah did a fantastic job walking me through the process and answering my questions. Hernan called me afterwards to discuss the recommended services and answer my questions.

2021 Ford Bronco review
I have had my Bronco for a year. I got it for MSRP which was cheaper then a comparable Jeep. Great value. The ride and handling of my Bronco is amazing. It is great for long trips because its so comfortable. The turbo 4cyl is more then enough power and is averaging 23 MPG's. Two thumbs up on this Ford!!

2023 Ford Bronco review
I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

2021 Ford Bronco review
I have had my Bronco only a year now. Bought it brand new. Love driving it, Handles well. I would agree the standard version is not for off the road. Windshield cracks easy. Back brakes are rusted out already, which now makes a loud sound when backing up. And the dashboard has two cracks already, which surprised me when I saw it because my bronco is not in hot climate and sits in a garage when I’m not out and about. Has anyone else had this problem?

Mall of Georgia FordReviews
Mall of Georgia Ford review
Dear Mall of Georgia Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had purchasing my vehicle from your dealership. From the moment I arrived on the lot, the level of professionalism, care, and genuine customer service was evident. Buying a vehicle can often feel like a overwhelming process, but your team made it seamless, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. The entire staff showed a true dedication to ensuring I found the right car that perfectly fit my needs and preferences. The vehicle itself was delivered in immaculate condition, fully detailed, and ready for the road. The handoff process was smooth, and the team took the time to go over the key features so I could drive off the lot with complete confidence. It is rare to find a dealership that truly puts the customer first, but Mall of Georgia exceeds expectations in every way. Thank you for your outstanding service, integrity, and hospitality. I could not be happier with my new car and look forward to recommending your dealership to family, friends, and anyone looking for a top-tier car-buying experience. Warmest regards Christopher Shadrick

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

CarMax SouthlakeReviews
CarMax Southlake review
A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.
2026 Ford Bronco review
My wife and I bought a new 2026 Outer Banks with the 2.7L V6 and the Lux Package. With about 2,000 miles on the odometer it has been a great purchase. It is missing a few options that an almost 60k truck should have (memory seats, etc.) and has way too many “nannies”. With that said, it has plenty of power when in Sport mode, the ride is comfortable and it gets decent gas mileage. It is loud at highway speeds but most of the noise is coming from the tires. Can’t wait to swap them for some BFG’s. Compared to the 2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU we had, the Bronco is much more refined. A tip for new buyers, attend one of the Bronco Off-Roadeo events that Ford offers. We just returned from the one in Tennessee and it was excellent. They really show you what the truck is capable of.

The appointment for our 2003 Mazda Miata was on 4/6/2022. The wait was especially long; not sure if it was due to overbooking for oil changes or what, but at the end of the day, the best thing about it was working with Richard Smith! He kept us informed of the status of our vehicle because RICHARD SMITH IS "DA BOMB!" 5+ stars!!!

2024 Ford Bronco review
Superior ride and ability over the Bronco Sport. It had no problem going through 4 feet of snow. Excellent handling. $ wheel drive plus the extra modes of traction makes it the best 4 wheel drive vehicle that I have ever owned. I do have the soft top but had no problems in weather that was around 0 degrees. I was suprised how warm it was inside. For a soft top, it kept the heat in and the cold out.

Had car towed in Jim Butler they said it would 2 or 3 days before they could check it out. We received a call the very next day. Said they found what was wrong and was working on it. It was ready the very next day. ?
2021 Ford Bronco review
I’ve had 4 Wranglers in my life and this Bronco blew them all out of the water. It’s so quiet while driving, and it handles like a car (not like a truck). It’s so smooth and not bumpy-I feel like I should’ve gotten a Bronco way before this. Can’t wait til the summer and to try out the convertible. This thing has all of the amenities that Wranglers don’t have yet and the gas mileage has been 23 mpg since I got it. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase.

Hardy Chevrolet GMC review
I didn?t purchase my 2022 GMC truck from Hardy but I get it serviced at Hardy. They are quick unlike any other major vehicle services department.
2023 Ford Bronco review
I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

2023 Ford Bronco review
I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors, etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

Hardy Family Ford review
I just had the best car purchase experience ever at Hardy Family Ford. Paul McGee made my purchase process easy and I would highly recommend working with Paul. Thank you for making a “could be” stressful day completely stress free!
2024 Ford Bronco review
4 door Outer Banks. Wanted a comfortable but more rugged 4wd daily driver, moved from BMW X5, very different. Very pleased. Great build quality, no squeaks or rattles. Ford Sync system quite good. Lack of rear air vents solved for 2025 but not overly concerned and year end rebates swung me. 4 Cylinder is smooth, peppy , slightly droning. Smooth, comfortable, bit more wind noise with hardtop than I prefer but knew that at the outset. Did not get bigger tire package for fear of excessive tire noise. Have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara which I like but this Bronco is better on every level- no contest
