I was a out of town buyer and 80% of my dealing was over the phone - Johnny and Garan made the process very easy and smooth - arrived at the dealership and left very happy- definitely recommend these guys!!
From my experience, I would highly recommend this dealership, the staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way, Cristian was very helpful at the moment of doing all my paperwork, my case was kinda difficult since I’m new in USA with not credit at all but he made it work, it took him a couples of hours but I’m so thankful I left that place driving the car I wanted.
If you guys are looking for a car and don’t know what to do.... go check them out, for sure I’ll recommend everyone here!!!

I'd like to revise my previous review of the dealership. I bought a beautiful 2009 VW EOS from them. I experienced some issues with the hard top convertible functioning correctly - it got stuck in the down postion - I took it to an independent German Auto Repair shop and they diagonosed and fixed the problem relatively cheaply. The VW dealership I orginally took the EOS to wanted $600 just to diagonose the problem with a warning that it would probably cost over $2k to fix ... I was super disappointed. That is when I wrote the orginal review. I looked elsewhere to get it fixed. The independent shop went through the car and inspected everything and they told me the car was in excellent shape ... the problem with the top is fairly common in the EOS the wires stretch and crack over the years and cause the sensors to get faulty error codes. The mechanic told me not to open and close the top frequently(should leave it in postion for at least 15 minutes before making it go up or down) ... the hydraulic pumps get hot and cause the wires to fail. I know my wife loved showing the top going up and down to her family and friends because it is so cool - like a transformer car. So the fault was mine not the dealership and I apologize to them. The dealership was fair and honest the car looked and performed like a new car. The car is 9 years old you need to expect some issues. I am happy now and I recommend this dealership to you. I have had several discussions with them and they have been very helpful. They did their homework on this car and I happy with it.
I bought my BMW from Perfect Auto work with James the finance manager he is very honest and respect full got me the best and lowest rate he sold me a very clean and beautiful car all the sales people in this dealer were very knowledgeable about the cars very nice and clean dealership there was no pressure at all. The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
I went in to get my vehicle serviced, and walked out purchasing a second vehicle. I have bought 4 vehicles from Nissan Younger of Frederick, MD. I will not go any where else, They treat me like family, they are not pushy, I tell them what I want and they make it happen. All departments- service, finance, sales, management etc. are all beyond amazing. Christian did an amazing job on my new purchase, he informs you of information you need, things you didn???t expect you needed to know and most pleasurable person.
